As sample examinations are being held for 10th, 11th and 12th class students all over Tamil Nadu, question papers are constantly being leaked before the examination.
In this regard, the guidelines issued by the Department of Examinations today for those involved in the examination process are as follows: “Question paper control centers will be equipped with CCTV cameras and it will be operational. The guard must be on duty. The room containing the question paper packs with double lock should be locked.
The headmaster of the school concerned with the examination centers should not be the supervisor. Public school teachers should be involved in the selection process. The government should appoint aided school teachers only if necessary. ” 10, 11, 12-ஆம் வகுப்பு வினாத்தாள்களை வைக்கும் கட்டுக்காப்பு மையங்களில் சிசிடிவி கேமரா பொருத்த வேண்டும் என்று தமிழ்நாடு தேர்வுத்துறை வியாழக்கிழமை தெரிவித்துள்ளது.
தமிழகம் முழுவதும் 10, 11, 12-ஆம் வகுப்பு மாணவர்களுக்கு மாதிரித் தேர்வுகள் நடைபெற்று வரும் நிலையில், தொடர்ந்து தேர்வுக்கு முன்பே கேள்வித் தாள்கள் கசிந்து வருகின்றது. இந்நிலையில், தேர்வுப் பணியில் ஈடுபடுவோருக்கு தேர்வுத்துறை இன்று வெளியிட்டுள்ள வழிகாட்டு நெறிமுறையில் தெரிவித்திருப்பதாவது:
“வினாத்தாள் கட்டுக்காப்பு மையங்களில் சிசிடிவி கேமரா பொருத்தப்பட்டு, அது செயல்பாட்டில் இருக்க வேண்டும். காவலர் பணியில் இருக்க வேண்டும். இரட்டை பூட்டு கொண்டு வினாத்தாள் கட்டுகள் இருக்கும் அறை பூட்டப்பட்டிருக்க வேண்டும்.
தேர்வு மையங்களுக்கு சம்பந்தப்பட்ட பள்ளி தலைமையாசிரியர் கண்காணிப்பாளராக இருக்கக் கூடாது. அரசுப் பள்ளி ஆசிரியர்களே தேர்வு பணியில் ஈடுபடுத்தப்பட வேண்டும். தேவைப்பட்டால் மட்டுமே அரசு உதவிபெறும் பள்ளி ஆசிரியர்களை நியமிக்க வேண்டும்” எனத் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
