1. Information for Higher and Higher Secondary Schools.

With reference to the letter cited first above, the information has been disseminated to all CEOs to get a 100 Mbps Broadband connection with Static IP immediately in all Government High and Higher Secondary Schools through the respective SMCs with the maximum monthly outgo of Rs.1,500 which is inclusive of GST and not to make/recommend payment to the existing System Integrator for the internet connections once the broadband connection is fully commissioned.

2. Information for Primar and Middle Schools

With reference to the letter cited first above, it has been Instructed to Get a 100 Mbps Broadband Connection with Static IP from the service provide and setup the Internet Connection.

For the successful implementation of the above two points in all Government Primary, Middle, High, and Higher Secondary schools, it is informed to constitute an ICT team immediately for each district with DC-ICT as Lead and team comprising of District Programmer, DPO, Samagra Shiksha, MIS Coordinators, L&T Engineers, and TN Fellowship resource.

Since the commissioning of broadband connectivity, which is going to happen in every Government Primary, Middle, High, and Higher Secondary, CEOs also informed to instruct the ICT Teams and plan the actions with the following point immediately. ➤ No. of schools covered per day per personnel.

Calculation of total no. of days needed.

Provision of Fuel charges or transport charges and Miscellaneous - Rs. 300/- per day per head.

3. Information on the Spare Government Laptops

Based on the Government Order, the spare laptops will have to be transferred to the Hi- Tech labs of Government High and Higher Secondary Schools a separate ICT team to be formed with the One TN Fellow has the lead co-ordinator and plan for additional resources for this assignment, as a step 1, The Laptops needs to check for the functionality, based on that non- functional laptops to be kept aside and accounted. Step2: A SOP will be shared with the ICT Team to be configured for the functional laptops.

CEOs are instructed to plan accordingly, execute, and monitor the aforesaid three core points along with DEOS (Secondary & Elementary), APOS (DPC & Elementary) and complete the activity without any issues.
