மூத்த ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு குறைந்தபட்சம் இரண்டு சிறப்புத் தகுதித் தேர்வுகளை எழுதும் வாய்ப்பளித்த பிறகே உயர்நிலைப் பள்ளி தலைமையாசிரியர் மற்றும் முதுகலையாசிரியர் ஆகிய பதவி உயர்வுகளுக்கான கலந்தாய்வு நடத்தப்பட வேண்டும். 👇👇👇👇

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to conduct special examinations as per G.O.Ms No:231 School Education (Aa the va) department 13.10.2025, providing at least two opportunities and thereafter conduct the promotion counselling sessions, by considering the representations dated 31.12.2025 within a time to be specified by this Court. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are working as BT Assistant in the High Schools and the respondents have to conduct special examination as per G.O.Ms No:231 School Education (Aa the va) department 13.10.2025, and thereafter conduct the promotion counselling sessions, however, same was not conducted and aggrieved by the same, the petitioner have filed this writ petition.

4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that necessary proposal has been forwarded for conducting special examination and further submitted that G.O.Ms.No.231, School Education (Aa the va) Department, dated 13.10.2025, will be implemented within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondents to implement G.O.Ms.No.231, School Education (Aa the va) Department, dated 13.10.2025, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.The writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. Court Order -
