Sub: Samagra Shiksha - 2023-2024 - Palli Paarvai- training of the stakeholders - regarding.
The Palli Paarvai mobile based classroom observation application has been rolled out throughout the State in the month of March 2023. Upon roll out of the application across the State, feedback has been received from the stakeholders to make necessary modifications in the questions used for classroom observation and also in the post classroom observation section.
Based on the feedback received from the stakeholders, the SCERT has revised the questions related to classroom observation for classes 1 to 12 and the same has been incorporated in the mobile application. Likewise, questions related to quality interventions that are being implemented at the field level have also been included for observation during sc_hool visits. Based on the modifications that have been made in the Palli Paarvai mobile application, it has been planned to orient the stakeholders on the modifications that have been made in the application so as to ensure quality inputs during the school visits. Accordingly, it is planned to organize a state level training for 3 members from each of the districts (one DIET lecturer, one BEO, one BRTE), on 11.09.2023 at Chennai who will act as the resource group. The participants from the districts will have to attend the training in the following venue:

Ariyalur, Chengalpet, Chennai, Coimbatore, Cuddalore, Dharmapuri, Dindigul, Erode, Kallakurichi, Kanchipuram, Karur, Krishnagiri, Kanyakumari, Madurai, Myladuthurai, Nagappatinam, Namakkal, Perambalur and Pudukottai
Following the state level training, the CEOs are instructed to organize the district level training for all the stakeholders on 14.09.2023 at the district level wherein the resource group members will plan and conduct the training effectively. An amount of Rs.1 lakh per district is released to the districts so as to make expenditure towards refreshments and lunch. for the participants and the resource persons.
