மார்ச் 2025 முதல் IFHRMS சம்பளப் பட்டியல் மற்றும் இதர நிலுவைப் பட்டியல் ஆன்லைன் மூலம் சமர்ப்பித்தால்போதுமானது - கருவூலம் மற்றும் கணக்குத் துறை இயக்குநரின் கடிதம்!

மார்ச் 2025 முதல் IFHRMS சம்பளப் பட்டியல் மற்றும் இதர நிலுவைப் பட்டியல் ஆன்லைன் மூலம் சமர்ப்பித்தால் மட்டுமே போதுமானது - Physical (Hard Copy) நகல் இனி தேவையில்லை - மாவட்டக் கருவூலர் & கருவூலம் மற்றும் கணக்குத் துறை இயக்குநரின் கடிதம்! சென்னை கருவூல கணக்குத்துறை இயக்குநர் அவர்களின் அறிவுரையின்படி 2025 - ஆம் ஆண்டு மார்ச் மாதம் முதல் ஊதியம் மற்றும் ஊதியம் தொடர்பான நிலுவை பட்டியல்களின் Physical ( Hard Copy ) நகல் கருவூல அலுவலகத்தில் நேரில் இனி சமர்பிக்க தேவையில்லை.

மேலும் , ஊதியப் பட்டியல்கள் அந்தந்த மாதங்களின் கடைசி வேலை நாட்களுக்கு குறைந்தபட்சம் இரண்டு நாட்களுக்கு முன்னதாக IFHRMS Kalanjiyam ஆன்லைன் ... வழியாக ( Soft Copy ) - யினை மட்டும் தங்கள் அலுவலகத்திற்கு தொடர்புடைய மாவட்ட கருவூலம் / சார்நிலை கருவூலத்திற்கு கீழ்கண்ட இணைப்புகளுடன் கட்டாயம் ஆன்லைன் வழியாக இணைத்து அனுப்புமாறு கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.

Accounts Treasuries and Accounts Department - Kalanjiyam (IFHRMS 2.0) - Digital Audit and Accounting System (DAAS) Portal - Implementation of DAAS - Dispensing of Physical Salary Vouchers - Concurrence given by Accountant General - Decisions have been taken to incorporate the procedures of Dispensing Physical Vouchers and the DDOS of all Departments are requested for submission of online Salary Bills before 2 Working of Salary due date - Intimation to Government - Regarding.

I invite kind attention to the reference cited. (Copy enclosed) The integrated Financial and Human Resources Management System (IFHRMS) was implemented from January 2020 and all the Bills and Challans are processed through IFHRMS.

The Monthly Accounts are being compiled in IFHRMS and sent to AG as e-Data through SFTP since January 2020 and district wise monthly accounts with physical vouchers are also being sent to Accountant General by concerned Pay and Accounts Offices and District Treasuries.

Now a new auditing tool Digital Audit and Accounting system (DAAS) has been developed for AG to audit all the vouchers and sub-vouchers online. This tool enables Accountant General to view the vouchers and its attachments online.

Therefore, in the reference cited, the Accountant General has agreed to dispense with submission of physical vouchers for salary with effect from 01.02.2025.

In view of the above, following proposals have been suggested after detailed discussions with Subordinates/ District Officials of this department. 1. Dispense with submission of physical salary vouchers to District Treasuries/ Pay and Accounts Offices with effect from 01.03.2025 for salary bills.

2. Status-quo to be maintained for February 2025 and physical salary vouchers to be received and retained at Concerned District Treasury/Sub Treasury.

மின்னனு தணிக்கை மற்றும் கணக்கியல் திட்டம் (Digital Audit Accounting System) ஊதியம் சார்ந்த பட்டியல்கள் மார்ச் 2025 முதல் கருவூலத்தில் சமர்ப்பித்தல்தொடர்பாக

1.சென்னை ஆணையர், கருவூலம் மற்றும் கணக்குத் துறை, கடிதம் .எண்:1243239/E1/2025-2, நாள்:24.02.2025.

2. சென்னை மாநிலக்கணக்காயர் (A&E) நே.மு.கடிதம் எண். AG(A&E)/TM/III1 /2024-25 நாள் 29.01.2025

பார்வையில் கண்டுள்ள கடிதங்களின்படி மேற்காணும் பொருள் தொடர்பாக ஒருங்கிணைந்த நிதி மற்றும் மனித வள மேலாண்மை திட்டம் கடந்த 01.02.2020 முதல் தமிழ்நாடு அரசு அலுவலகங்களில் அனைத்து வகையான பட்டியல்கள் மற்றும் செலான்கள் IFHRMS வாயிலாக செயல்படுத்தப்பட்டு வருகின்றது.

தற்போது அனைத்து வகையான பட்டியல்கள் மற்றும் செலான்கள் மின்னணு வாயிலாக தணிக்கை செய்ய சென்னை மாநில கணக்காயர் அலுவலகத்திற்கு புதிய மின்னனு தணிக்கை மற்றும் கணக்கியல் திட்டம் (Digital Audit Accounting System) மேம்படுத்தப்பட்டு நடைமுறையில் உள்ளது மேலும் களஞ்சியத்தில் பட்டியலுடன் இணைக்கப்படும் அனைத்து வகையான இணைப்புகளையும் பார்க்கவும் இயலும்.

ஆகையால் பார்வை 2-இல் காணும் சென்னை மாநில கணக்காயர் கடிதத்தில் ஊதியம் சார்ந்த பட்டியல்கள் மார்ச் 2025 முதல் கருவூலத்தில் மின்னனு வாயிலாக மட்டும் (Online only) சமர்ப்பிப்பதற்கு ஒப்புதல் அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

எனவே மேற்காணும் பொருள் தொடர்பாகவும், OPPAS,OCPS மற்றும் களஞ்சியத்தில் நடைமுறைப்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ள இதர மேம்பாடுகள் குறித்தும் தேனி மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர் அலுவலகத்திலுள்ள புதிய கூட்டரங்கில் கருவூல அலுவலர் அவர்களின் தலைமையில் 05.03.2025 அன்று முற்பகல் 10.30 அளவில் நடைபெறும் கூட்டத்தில் மாவட்டக் கருவூல அலகிலுள்ள அனைத்து பணம் பெற்று வழங்கும் அலுவலர்களும் தவறாது கலந்து கொள்ளுமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.
