Corona has been having trouble conducting public exams for 10th, 11th and 12th grade students for the past two years. In this context, the schedule for the general examinations to be held in the academic year 2021 - 2022 has been released.
In this regard, the Department of Examinations has now released the number of students writing the general examination from private and government schools.
Accordingly, there are 4,86,887 students in Class X and a total of 9,55,474 students, of whom 4,68,586 are enrolled. There are 4,33,684 11th graders and 4,50,198 female students, with a total enrollment of 8,83,884. Similarly, 3,98,321 students studying in class 12 and 4,38,996 students will appear for the exam out of a total of 8,37,317. A total of 26,76,675 students are appearing for the general examination, including 13,18,892 students and 13,57,780 female students from all three classes.
Earlier, a consultative meeting on general examination preparations and security measures was held today at the Anna Centenary Library in Chennai. It was attended by the Minister of School Education Anbil Mahesh, the Commissioner of School Education, all District Primary Education Officers and Examination Officers.

கரோனா காரணமாக கடந்த இரண்டு ஆண்டுகளாக 10, 11, 12-ஆம் வகுப்பு மாணவர்களுக்கு பொதுத் தேர்வு நடத்துவதில் சிக்கல் ஏற்பட்டிருந்தது. இந்நிலையில், 2021 - 2022ஆம் கல்வியாண்டில் நடைபெறும் பொதுத் தேர்வுகளுக்கான அட்டவணை வெளியிடப்பட்டது. இந்நிலையில், தனியார் மற்றும் அரசுப் பள்ளிகளிலிருந்து பொதுத் தேர்வு எழுதும் மாணவர்களின் எண்ணிக்கையை தற்போது தேர்வுத் துறை வெளியிட்டுள்ளது.
அதன்படி, பத்தாம் வகுப்பு படிக்கும் மாணவர்கள் 4,86,887 பேர், மாணவிகள் 4,68,586 பேர் என மொத்தம் 9,55,474 பேர் எழுதுகின்றனர். 11ஆம் வகுப்பு படிக்கும் மாணவர்கள் 4,33,684 பேர், மாணவிகள் 4,50,198 பேர் என மொத்தம் 8,83,884 பேர் எழுதுகின்றனர். அதேபோல், 12ஆம் வகுப்பு படிக்கும் மாணவர்கள் 3,98,321 பேர், மாணவிகள் 4,38,996 பேர் என மொத்தம் 8,37,317 பேர் தேர்வு எழுதவுள்ளனர்.

முன்னதாக, சென்னை அண்ணா நூற்றாண்டு நூலகத்தில் பொதுத் தேர்வு முன்னேற்பாடுகள் மற்றும் பாதுகாப்பு நடவடிக்கை தொடர்பான ஆலோசனைக் கூட்டம் இன்று நடைபெற்றது. இதில், பள்ளிக்கல்வித்துறை அமைச்சர் அன்பில் மகேஷ், பள்ளிக்கல்வித் துறை ஆணையர், அனைத்து மாவட்ட முதன்மைக் கல்வி அதிகாரிகள், தேர்வுத்துறை அலுவலர்கள் பங்கேற்றனர்.
