ORDER:

In the Government Order first read above, Government have constituted the Accreditation Committee for empanelment of accredited hospitals consisting of the Commissioner of Treasuries and Accounts as Head of the Committee, the Director of Medical and Rural Health Services and a representative of United India Insurance Company Limited as Members of the Committee for empanelment of accredited hospitals and also to monitor the quality of treatment for the employees of Government Department and other organizations covered under New Health Insurance Scheme. Further, Sub- Committees were constituted at District Level consisting of Joint Director, Medical and Rural Health Services, Treasury Officer and a representative of United India Insurance Company Limited to assist the Accreditation Committee for empanelment of private hospitals in various Districts across the State under New Health Insurance Scheme.

2. In the Government Order second and fourth read above, orders have been issued for the implementation of New Health Insurance Scheme, 2021 for Employees and New Health Insurance Scheme, 2022 for Pensioners / Family Pensioners to provide Health Care Assistance to the employees of Government Departments, Public Sector Undertakings, Statutory Boards, Local Bodies, State Government Universities, willing State Government Organizations / Institutions and their eligible family members and in the case of Pensioners, their spouse are covered with a provision to avail cashless assistance upto Rs.5.00 lakh (Rupees Five Lakh only) and an enhanced assistance of Rs. 10 lakh has been allowed for specific illness like Cancer, for certain organ transplantations, etc., for a block of 4 years on selection of a suitable Public Sector Insurance Company through National competitive bidding. As per the Guidelines for implementation of New Health Insurance Scheme 2021 and New Health Insurance Scheme 2022 under Clause 9(2), all hospitals already accredited under New Health Insurance Scheme 2016/2018 shall automatically be deemed to be networked hospitals. 3. In the Government Order third read above, orders have been issued for empanelment of 56 new additional hospitals, 1 hospital for name change, 1 hospital for address change and deletion of 2 hospitals under New Health Insurance Scheme, 2021.

4. In the Government Order fifth read above, orders have been issued for empanelment of 55 new Additional hospitals, Additional Specialties in 42 hospitals and deletion of 4 hospitals under New Health Insurance Scheme, 2021 for the Employees of Government Departments and other Organizations and New Health Insurance Scheme, 2022.

5. In the Government Order sixth read above, orders have been issued for empanelment of 79 new Additional hospitals, Additional Specialties in 19 hospitals and deletion of 23 hospitals under New Health Insurance Scheme, 2021 for the Employees of Government Departments and other Organizations and New Health Insurance Scheme, 2022.

6. In the Government Order seventh read above, orders have been issued for deletion of 34 hospitals under New Health Insurance Scheme, 2021 for the Employees of Government Departments and other Organizations and New Health Insurance Scheme, 2022. So far approved Hospitals under New Health Insurance Scheme 2021/ New Health Insurance Scheme 2022 is 1296 and 1294 respectively. 7. The Implementation procedures for New Health Insurance Scheme, 2021/ New Health Insurance Scheme 2022 included as Annexure-A to the Government Orders second and fourth read above, provides for inclusion of additional list of approved hospitals and treatments / surgeries based on the report of the Accreditation Committee.

8. The Commissioner of Treasuries and Accounts in his letter eighth read above has submitted proposal to include 84 new additional hospitals as approved network hospitals, additional specialties in 02 hospitals and for deletion 14 hospitals under New Health Insurance Scheme, 2021 for Employees and New Health Insurance Scheme, 2022 for Pensioners /Family Pensioners as recommended Accreditation Committee.

9. The of the Government, after careful consideration recommendations of the Accreditation Committee, have decided to include and approve 84 new additional hospitals as network hospitals, additional specialties in 02 hospitals and for deletion 14 hospitals under New Health Insurance Scheme, 2021 for Employees and New Health Insurance Scheme, 2022 for Pensioners / Family Pensioners as detailed in the Annexure I, II and III to this order and issue orders accordingly.
