In Teacher Training course, B.Ed., graduates are required to pass the Teacher Qualification Examination to work as teachers from Class I to Class X. In this context, the Teachers' Selection Board on March 7 issued the notice of selection for the newly B.Ed., graduates and those who have not yet passed the qualifying examination.
The 'online' application registration starts on March 14 and ends on April 13. Of this, up to 4.50 lakh people had applied. The last time many people tried to apply, the 'server' crashed. So, many people were disappointed. They, therefore, demanded that they be given ample opportunity to apply; But, not extended.
Curriculum details for the examination only are published on the Board's website, www.trb.tn.nic.in. In this case, after four days, the opportunity to apply for the exam has been extended and online application registration has started from yesterday. Lata, the chairperson of the Teachers' Selection Board, has announced that applications can be submitted till the 26th.
