பல்வேறு படிப்புகளுக்கு இணைத்தன்மை இன்மை (Not Equivalent) வழங்கி அரசாணை வெளியீடு!

தமிழக அரசு பல்வேறு உயர்கல்விப் படிப்புகளை ஒன்றோடொன்று சமமானவை அல்ல (Not Equivalent) என அறிவித்து புதிய அரசாணைகளை (G.O.) வெளியிட்டுள்ளது. வேலைவாய்ப்பு மற்றும் பதவி உயர்வுகளில் நிலவும் குழப்பங்களைத் தவிர்க்க இந்த நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

அரசாணை விபரங்கள்

சமீபத்தில் உயர்கல்வித் துறை மூலம் இரண்டு முக்கிய அரசாணைகள் வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளன:

அரசாணை எண் 212 & 233: இந்த ஆணைகளின் கீழ் பல்வேறு இளங்கலை மற்றும் முதுகலை பட்டப் படிப்புகள் குறிப்பிட்ட சில பாடப்பிரிவுகளுக்கு இணையானவை அல்ல எனத் தீர்மானிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

வெளியிடப்பட்டத் தேதி: இந்த அறிவிப்புகள் நவம்பர் 2025 காலகட்டத்தில் அதிகாரப்பூர்வமாக நடைமுறைக்கு வந்துள்ளன. இதன் விளைவுகள்

அரசுப் பணிகள்: டிஎன்பிஎஸ்சி (TNPSC) மற்றும் ஆசிரியர் தேர்வு வாரியம் (TRB) போன்ற அமைப்புகள் நடத்தும் தேர்வுகளில், இந்த "இணைத்தன்மை இல்லாத" படிப்புகளைக் கொண்ட விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் இனி அந்த குறிப்பிட்ட பணியிடங்களுக்கு தகுதி பெற மாட்டார்கள்.

பதவி உயர்வு: ஏற்கனவே பணியில் இருப்பவர்கள், தங்களின் உயர் படிப்புகள் முந்தைய பாடப்பிரிவுக்கு இணையானது அல்ல எனக் கருதப்பட்டால், அதன் அடிப்படையில் பதவி உயர்வு பெறுவதில் சிக்கல் ஏற்படலாம்.

கல்வி நிறுவனங்கள்: பல்கலைக்கழகங்கள் மற்றும் கல்லூரிகள் இனி மாணவர்களுக்குப் படிப்பு தொடர்பான வழிகாட்டுதல்களை வழங்கும்போது இந்த புதிய அரசாணைகளை அடிப்படையாகக் கொள்ள வேண்டும்.

நீங்கள் ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட படிப்பைப் படித்துவிட்டு, அது வேறொரு படிப்பிற்கு இணையானதா என்பதை அறிய விரும்பினால், தமிழ்நாடு உயர்கல்வித் துறையின் அதிகாரப்பூர்வ இணையதளத்தில் பதிவேற்றப்பட்டுள்ள அரசாணையின் முழுப் பட்டியலைச் சரிபார்க்குமாறு அறிவுறுத்தப்படுகிறது.

ORDER:-

In the letter third read above, the Member Secretary, Tamil Nadu State Council for Higher Education, has forwarded the resolutions passed in the 39th Equivalence Committee meeting held on 03.02.2026 under the Chairmanship of the Secretary to Government, Higher Education Department, on the Non-equivalence of Degrees offered by the various Universities / Educational Institutions to the similar Degrees and requested the Government to issue orders in the matter.

2. The Government, after careful consideration, approve the following resolutions passed in the 39th Equivalence Committee meeting held on 03.02.2026 under the Chairmanship of the Secretary to Government, Higher Education Department and direct that the following Degrees offered by the various Universities / Educational Institutions be not equivalent to the Degrees mentioned therein:- SI.
