ORDER:

The following transfer and posting is notified:-

Thiru R. Kirlosh Kumar, IAS, Managing Director, Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board is transferred and posted as Secretary to Governor vice Thiru Anandrao Vishnu Patil, IAS.

2. The services of Dr. T.G. Vinay, IAS, Director of Technical Education are placed at the disposal of Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board for appointment as its Managing Director vice Thiru R. Kirlosh Kumar, IAS.

3. Under Rule 12(1) of the IAS (Pay) Rules, 2016, the Government declare that the post of Managing Director, Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board in the Senior Scale of IAS referred to in para 2 above be equivalent in status and responsibilities to the cadre post of "Director of Social Welfare" specified in Schedule II-B of the IAS (Pay) Rules, 2016. 4. The terms and conditions of deputation of Dr. T.G. Vinay, IAS on foreign service will be governed as per the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.167, Public (Special-A) Department, dated 21.02.1994.
