Rules Tamil Nadu Ministerial Service Ratio of 11 prescribed for preparation of combined seniority of Junior Assistants and Typists recruited in the same year for consideration for promotion as Assistant Amendment to sub rule (b) of rule 5 of the Special rules for Tamil Nadu Ministerial Service - Notified-Cancelled - Orders - Issued. ORDER:
In the Government Order read above, orders were issued prescribing a ratio of 1:1 for preparation of combined seniority of Junior Assistants and Typists who are recruited in the same year for consideration for promotion to the post of Assistant in Tamil Nadu Ministerial Service and amending the sub rule (b) of rule 5 of the Special Rules for the Tamil Nadu Ministerial Service to this effect
2. The Government reviewed the order and decided to cancel it.
3. The following Notification shall be published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette:-
NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby direct that the orders issued in G.O.(Ms).No.65, Human Resources Management (B) Department, dated 04.07.2022, be cancelled
