Samagra Shiksha Inclusive Education Implementation of PRASHAST App 2.0 for Health Screening of Students during the Academic Year Action Plan Communicated 2026-2027 Regarding. It is informed that the health screening of students studying in Government, Government-Aided, and Private Schools in Tamil Nadu has been carried out by teachers through the Health Screening Module available in the TNSED Schools App up to the academic year. 2025-2026. For the current academic year 2026-2027, it has been decided to conduct the health screening of students through the PRASHAST App. The application will facilitate the systematic screening and identification of Children with Special Needs (CwSN) and strengthen the implementation of Inclusive Education initiatives in all schools.
