கோடை விடுமுறைக்கு பிறகு பள்ளிகள் வரும் ஜூன் 1ம் தேதி திறக்கப்படும் - புதுச்சேரி அரசு அறிவிப்பு.
All government, government-aided, and private schools in Puducherry, Karaikal, and Yanam will be closed from April 27, 2026, to May 31, 2026, for summer vacation.
Schools are prohibited from conducting special classes during this period.
Schools are scheduled to reopen on June 1, 2026.

It is hereby informed that all the Govt. / Govt. Aided / Private schools in the Puducherry, Karaikal and Yanam region shall remain closed from 27th April 2026 (Monday) to 31st May 2026 (Sunday) for summer vacation. No special classes or any other classes shall be conducted in schools for students during the holidays.
The school will reopen for all the classes after the summer vacation on 01st June 2026 (Monday). The leave declared (27th April 2026 to 30th April 2026) shall be compensated after the commencement of the school.
