AMENDMENT TO THE SPECIAL RULES FOR THE TAMIL NADU ELEMENTARY EDUCATIONAL SUBORDINATE SERVICE

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Special Rules for the Tamil Nadu Elementary Educational Subordinate Service (Section 48A in volume-Ill of the Tamil Nadu Services Manual, 2016) issued by the School Education Department Notification No. SRO B-2(a-1)/2020 Published in Part Ill—Section 1(b) of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 30.01.2020.

The amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on the 8th November 2023 Amendment

“In the said Special Rules in the annexure referred in rule 6(b)(i), the following entries occurring in column (4) against class Ill (2)

“Graduation with atleast 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed);” and the Second Proviso shall be deleted
