Tamil Nadu Boiler Attendants Examination - 2023

Notification No. 1/BAE/2C/2023 dt. 29.09.2023.

In continuation of decisions taken by the Board of Examiners constituted by Government of Tamil Nadu for conducting Boiler Attendants Examinations in Tamil Nadu, applications from eligible candidates are hereby invited for Examination to grant Certificate of Competency as a Second Class Boiler Attendant under Boiler Attendants Rules, 2011. Every application for examination shall be in the prescribed form only that can be downloaded for free from the website of Directorate of Boilers, Tamil Nadu (https://www.boilers.tn.gov.in/exam.html) and printed in A4 size sheets for use.

For Eligibility criteria for Applicants and Syllabus for the Examination, the website of Directorate of Boilers, Tamil Nadu (https://www.boilers.tn.gov.in/exam.html) shall be referred to. All Eligibility Criteria of candidates will be computed as on 01.10.2023. For Work Experience, only the service certificates issued for service on boilers registered under Boilers Act and installed in Tamil Nadu and/or Puducherry will be considered.

Examination Fees - Rs.300 (Rupees Three Hundred only). This fee shall be remitted in e-challan in the online portal (https://www.karuvoolam.tn.gov.in/challan/echallan) of Government of Tamil Nadu using the data provided in the page 6 of the application form. Examination Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstance. Filled up applications along with necessary enclosures shall be forwarded to Secretary, Board of Examiners,

Last date for receipt of filled up applications - 18.12.2023 (18th December, 2023). Any request letter received in the offices of Directorate of Boilers, Tamil Nadu for the issue of application form will not be entertained.

Applications not in the prescribed format and applications received after the due date prescribed above will be summarily rejected.
