TET தேர்வில் இருந்து விலக்கு அளிக்க கோரி சிறுபான்மையற்ற அரசு உதவி பெறும் பள்ளிகளின் ஆசிரியர்கள் கூட்டமைப்பு கோரிக்கை

When will the dawn come for the teachers who have been struggling for 12 years as thousand five hundred of teachers are upset over the TET conditions...

Recipient:

Deserving of admiration and Worship, Hon'ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Chennai. Vanakkam.

As per the order of the Director of School Education Processes (NC No. 88573/T/1/E4/ 2012) regarding the filling of Teacher's vacancies in Tamil Nadu in the year 2012 up to 16.11.2012, about 1500 persons who were duly recruited in the non-minority Schools receiving government assistance. Teachers have been working for the last 12 years with great mental anguish to this day being affected only by the qualifying examination condition. Government School Teachers Working With Eligibility Criteria Like Us Until 2012 have been saved by the Joint Director of School Education Proceedings (No. 19850/C/5/E2/2014, Date: 08.11.2017).

Similarly, Government Aided Minority School Teachers have been exempted from the Eligibility Test and all concessions up to now as the Director of School Education Proceedings (NC No. 3416/D1/01.03.2017) have canceled the qualifying TET examination and announced that they will be given only refresher training and receiving all Benefits.

But in the last regime, the Minister of the School Education Department had promised in the press in 2019 that we, the minority teachers who did not pass the qualifying TET examination would be given only one week of refresher training and would be protected. But till the last, the former minister and the department officials did not take any action in this regard.

Prior to the implementation of the Teacher Eligibility Test Procedures in TamilNadu, the relevant procedures of the Department of School Education, which have been in force for many years, should be duly selected on the basis of Government guidelines, advertisements in newspapers, interviews conducted by academically accredited school board, and ethnocentrism. We have been working in government aided non-minority schools across Tamil Nadu with the approval of the Department of School Education. Under the current position, we will no longer need to certify and create a new job place. Therefore, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that the government does not have a financial burden. Overall, relief entirely missed, Hon'ble Chief Minister of mercy in their eyes longing to rely completely on only one, has been working for more mental anguish.

We are in great pain that even the usual procedures like promotion, increment, incentive pay, transfer of earned leave, commencement of work leave, admission of leave, fulfillment of qualifying season, assignment of duty, which are available to us till date, are not allowed, citing only TET.

Our livelihoods have been affected by past rulers and a handful of officials in the sector who have no understanding. In 2010, when the DMK was in power, a senior Advocate was the public prosecutor. It is with Sankaran's great support that we continue our job with the expectation that we will step up to the High Court and get a ban on job security and good governance for us. Victims of the problem include those who worked for the League and the families of those who sought to rule under the leadership of the Hon'ble Thalapathiyar.

All in all, we have been waiting with great anticipation for the good news by submitting a petition in the Chief Minister's Request Box in your constituency, on behalf of the League during the election campaign, stating that those of us who work under the condition of TET should be exempted from the Teacher Eligibility test as we move through the days with a life struggle of life and death with great distress.. Meanwhile, it is disappointing that no positive response has been received so far as the Chief Educational Officers who has inquired into the petitions in a few districts, has said that only the Chief Minister and the Government of Tamil Nadu can take a decision on the issue. Therefore, the Hon'ble Tamilnadu Chief Minister can release us with a single waiver order from writing the TET examination if they so desire. If so, all cases filed by past rulers regarding TET will be withdrawn. It will save the government a lot of money on litigation and eliminate the workload on education officials. We too can continue to work in peace.

we wish to point out that from the enforcement of Compulsory Education Act from 23.08.2010 till the filling up of the teachers vacancies and mandatory TET qualification under the Director's proceeding order on 16.11.2012, So we are waiting for the good announcement about this with the nostalgia and tears welling up in the eyes of the Hon'ble Tamilnadu Chief Minister that they will be released soon. Our life, which has been in darkness for 12 years, will be started by the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu... We firmly believe that our problems will end with that. K.Sivagnanam, State Co-ordinator
