குறிப்பாக பிளஸ் 2 தேர்வு எழுத 8 லட்சத்து 44 ஆயிரத்து 808 பேர் பதிவு செய்திருந்த நிலையில் மொழிப்பாடத் தேர்வின்போது 43ஆயிரத்து 562 பேர் பங்கேற்கவில்லை. 11ம் தேதி நடந்த தேர்வின் போது 14 ஆயிரம் பேர் பங்கேற்கவில்லை. சரியாக 3.8 சதவீதம் பேர் பங்கேற்கவில்லை. அதேபோல பிளஸ் 1 தேர்வு எழுத 8 லட்சத்து 92 ஆயிரத்து 740 பேர் பதிவு செய்திருந்த நிலையில் மொழிப்பாடத் தேர்வின் போது 43 ஆயிரம் பேர் பங்கேற்கவில்லை. 27ம் தேதி நடந்த தேர்வில் 18 ஆயிரத்து 476 பேர் பங்கேற்கவில்லை. அதிலும் சரியாக 4.8 சதவீதம் பேர் பங்கேற்கவில்லை.
பள்ளிக் கல்வித்துறை ஏற்பாடு
பத்தாம் வகுப்பு தேர்வு மே 6ம் தேதி தொடங்கிய நிலையில், 9 லட்சத்து 74 ஆயிரத்து 321 பேர் தேர்வு எழுத பதிவு செய்திருந்தனர். அவர்களில் 45 ஆயிரத்து 20 பேர் தேர்வு எழுத வரவில்லை. சரியாக 4.6 சதவீதம் பேர் பங்கேற்கவில்லை.
