Arumugam of Chirangattupatti filed a welfare petition at the Madurai branch of the High Court: Chirangattupatti Government Secondary School was upgraded to a high school. There is no space to build a building for the high school. Considering the future of the village children, we sent a petition to the Commissioner of Charities asking for the land to be set aside for the school building. Should be ordered to take action.Thus it was stated.
In the petition filed by the Commissioner of the Treasury, he said that 'the temple land could not be sold or leased to the Department of Education'. Special session ordered. Therefore, it does not want to interfere with the order of the Treasury. We dismiss the petition.Thus ordered.

கம்பிளியம்பட்டி கருப்பணசாமி கோவில் மானிய நிலம் தரிசாக உள்ளது. கிராம குழந்தைகளின் எதிர்காலம் கருதி, அந்த நிலத்தை பள்ளி கட்டடத்திற்கு ஒதுக்கக்கோரி அறநிலையத்துறை கமிஷனருக்கு மனு அனுப்பினோம். நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க உத்தரவிட வேண்டும்.இவ்வாறு அதில் கூறப்பட்டது.
அறநிலையத்துறை கமிஷனர் தாக்கல் செய்த மனுவில், 'கோவில் நிலத்தை கல்வித்துறைக்கு விற்பனை அல்லது குத்தகைக்கு வழங்க இயலாத நிலை உள்ளது' என, தெரிவித்தார்.
நீதிபதிகள் பி.என்.பிரகாஷ், எஸ்.ஆனந்தி அமர்வு, வழக்கை விசாரித்து, பிறப்பித்த உத்தரவு:
கோவில் நிலத்தை வேறு நோக்கங்களுக்கு பயன்படுத்தக் கூடாது என, உயர்நீதிமன்ற நீதிபதிகள் சிறப்பு அமர்வு உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.
எனவே, அறநிலையத்துறையின் உத்தரவில் தலையிட விரும்பவில்லை. மனுவை தள்ளுபடி செய்கிறோம்.இவ்வாறு உத்தரவிட்டனர்.

அறநிலையத்துறை கமிஷனர் தாக்கல் செய்த மனுவில், 'கோவில் நிலத்தை கல்வித்துறைக்கு விற்பனை அல்லது குத்தகைக்கு வழங்க இயலாத நிலை உள்ளது' என, தெரிவித்தார்.

கோவில் நிலத்தை வேறு நோக்கங்களுக்கு பயன்படுத்தக் கூடாது என, உயர்நீதிமன்ற நீதிபதிகள் சிறப்பு அமர்வு உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.
எனவே, அறநிலையத்துறையின் உத்தரவில் தலையிட விரும்பவில்லை. மனுவை தள்ளுபடி செய்கிறோம்.இவ்வாறு உத்தரவிட்டனர்.
