ஏற்கனவே மாநில அரசின் துறைகளில் 1 லட்சத்து 50 ஆயிரம் பணியிடங்கள் காலியாக உள்ள நிலையில், தற்போது 30-க்கும் மேற்பட்ட அரசு துறைகளில் 25,000 பணியிடங்கள் காலியாகிறது.
இதனைத் தொடர்ந்து, இந்த காலிப்பணியிடங்கள் டிஎன்பிஎஸ்சி மூலமாக நிரப்பப்படவுள்ளது.
