பார்வையில் காணும் செயல்முறைக் கடிதத்தின்படி, ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வு-2025 தாள் 1 மற்றும் தாள்- IIக்கான உண்மைத் தன்மை கோரும் ஆசிரியர்களின் விவரங்களை சார்ந்த பள்ளித் தலைமையாசிரிர்கள்/ வட்டாரக் கல்வி அலுவலர்களிடம் இருந்து முழுமையாக பெற்று (ஆசிரியர் தகுதித் தேர்வு-2025 தாள்- 1 மற்றும் தாள்- II மட்டும்) அதனை மொத்தமாக தொகுத்து பரிந்துரையுடன் இவ்வலுவலகத்திற்கு அனுப்பிவைக்க மாவட்டக் கல்வி அலுவலர்களுக்கு (இடைநிலை/தொடக்கக்கல்வி) விருதுநகர்/சிவகாசி தெரிவிக்கலாகிறது.
