· School Education TNEMIS/EMIS Result Analysis Module - Result Analysis Reports made available in EMIS School Logins - Instructions - Reg. 1. Rc.No. 0015/K/S1/2026 dated 02.06.2026 of the Director of School Education, Chennai-6.

2. Rc.No. 0015/K/S1/2026 dated 11.06.2026 of the Director of School Education, Chennai-6.

With reference to the proceedings cited in references (1) and (2), the Result Analysis and Performance Reports relating to the Class X and Class XII Board Examinations for the Academic Year 2025-2026 were shared with all Chief Educational Officers.

It has been observed that the reports have not reached many schools. Hence, to facilitate easy access to these reports, the School Performance Reports and Result Analysis Reports are now available through the EMIS School Logins.

All Chief Educational Officers are requested to instruct all Schools under their jurisdiction to

1) Log in to EMIS and access the reports,

2) Take a printout of the reports and retain a copy at the school for reference,

3) Review the findings with teachers and,

4) Prepare an action plan for improving student performance.

The reports can be accessed through the "Result Analysis Dashboard" component available under the "School" header in the EMIS School Login. The detailed steps for accessing the Performance Reports are enclosed in the Annexure. It is informed that the TNEMIS logins (State and District), which will include the District Reports along with the School Performance Reports of all schools in the respective district, will be made available shortly, and the same will be communicated separately.

Steps to access the Reports in EMIS School Login

The following steps may be followed to access the School Performance Reports and District/State Reports through the EMIS School Login.

Step 1: Log in to your EMIS School Login and click on the School menu.

Step 2: Click on Result Analysis Dashboard available under the School menu.

Step 3:

1. For School Report, under "Select the Report Type" on the left side, click on School Report to download the School Performance Report.

2. For District Report, click on District Report to view and download the District Performance Reports (Government and Government Aided Schools).

3. For State Report, click on State Report to view and download the State Performance Report.
