கேரளா மாநிலத்தில் மக்கள் தொகை கணக்கெடுப்பு பணியில் ஈடுபடும் ஊழியர்களுக்கு முழு பத்து நாட்கள் சிறப்பு விடுமுறை அல்லது 20 அரை நாட்கள் விடுமுறை அரசாணை

மக்கள் தொகை கணக்கெடுப்பு (Census Duty) பணியில் ஈடுபடும் அரசு ஊழியர்கள் மற்றும் ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு வழங்கப்படும் சிறப்பு விடுமுறை (Special Casual Leave / Compensatory Off) குறித்த விதிகள் மற்றும் அரசாணை நடைமுறைகள் இதோ:

விடுமுறை விதிகள் மற்றும் அரசாணை நடைமுறை

பொதுவாக, மக்கள் தொகை கணக்கெடுப்புப் பணி என்பது நாட்டின் மிக முக்கியப் பணியாகக் கருதப்படுவதால், இப்பணியில் ஈடுபடும் ஊழியர்கள் விடுமுறை நாட்களிலும் (சனிக்கிழமை, ஞாயிற்றுக்கிழமை மற்றும் அரசு பொது விடுமுறை நாட்கள்) களப்பணி செய்ய வேண்டியிருக்கும். இதற்காக அரசாங்க விதிமுறைகளின்படி ஈடுசெய் விடுப்பு (Compensatory Leave) அல்லது சிறப்பு தற்செயல் விடுப்பு (Special Casual Leave) வழங்கப்படுகிறது. 10 முழு நாட்கள் அல்லது 20 அரை நாட்கள்: கணக்கெடுப்புப் பணியின் கால அளவு மற்றும் தீவிரத்தைப் பொறுத்து, ஊழியர்கள் தங்களின் வழக்கமான பணி பாதிக்காத வகையில் மாற்று ஏற்பாடாக முழு அல்லது அரை நாட்களாகப் பிரித்து இந்த சிறப்பு விடுமுறையைத் துய்க்க அரசாணை மூலம் அனுமதி அளிக்கப்படும்.

பயிற்சி மற்றும் களப்பணி நாட்கள்:

இதற்கான முதற்கட்டப் பயிற்சி வகுப்புகள் மற்றும் வீடுகள் கணக்கெடுக்கும் காலம் (Houselisting phase) போன்ற குறிப்பிட்ட பணிகளில், விடுமுறை நாட்களில் வேலை செய்த நாட்களுக்கு நிகராக இந்த விடுமுறையைத் தங்களது துறைத் தலைவரின் (HOD) முன் அனுமதியோடு ஊழியர்கள் பயன்படுத்திக் கொள்ளலாம்.

முக்கியக் குறிப்பு:

தற்போது 2027-ஆம் ஆண்டிற்கான மக்கள் தொகை கணக்கெடுப்பு பணிகள் டிஜிட்டல் முறையில் இரண்டு கட்டங்களாக (2026 ஜூலை - ஆகஸ்ட் மற்றும் 2027 பிப்ரவரி - மார்ச்) நடத்த திட்டமிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. இப்பணிகள் தொய்வின்றி நடக்க ஏதுவாக, கணக்கெடுப்பு பணியில் உள்ள அதிகாரிகளை தற்காலிகமாக இடமாற்றம் செய்யக் கூடாது என்று தமிழக அரசு அண்மையில் சிறப்பு அரசாணை வெளியிட்டுள்ளது.

இப்பணியின் போது உங்களுக்கு வழங்கப்படும் குறிப்பிட்ட சிறப்பு விடுமுறை நாட்களைத் துய்க்க, உங்கள் வட்டாரச் சார்ஜ் அதிகாரி (Charge Officer / Tahsildar) அல்லது மாவட்ட கணக்கெடுப்பு அதிகாரி வழங்கும் பணிச் சான்றிதழை (Duty Certificate) உங்கள் அலுவலகத்தில் சமர்ப்பித்து விடுப்பைப் பெற்றுக் கொள்ளலாம். 2. Letter F. No. 35/32/HLB/2019 dated 25/02/2026 of the Director of Census Operations, Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram.

3. Letter No. DGE/9629/2026-SS dated 06/06/2026 of the Director General of Education, Thiruvananthapuram

ORDER

In the circumstances reported by the Director of Census Operations, Kerala, Government are pleased to issue the following orders regarding the facilities and concessions to be given to the staff engaged for the work in connection with the Census 2027.

Workers as 2. The Village / Local Bodies/Forest Staff/Teachers / Anganwadi Other category of staff who are appointed Supervisors/Enumerators/Assistant Enumerators will be allowed the concession of absenting themselves from their institutions/offices on Census duty for half of a day either in the forenoon or in the afternoon on twenty working days from 01.07.2026 to 30.07.2026 or for the full day for ten working days between 01.07.2026 and 30.07.2026 for the phase 1 operations of Houselisting and Housing Census (HLO). The staff engaged in the Census work will have the option to choose one of the above concessions.
