நலத்திட்டங்களுக்கு நியமிக்கப்பட்ட கண்காணிப்பு அலுவலர்களே (Monitoring Officers) பொதுத் தேர்வு பணிகளையும் மேற்கொள்ள பள்ளிக் கல்வித் துறைச் செயலாளர் உத்தரவு - The Secretary of the Department of School Education has ordered the Monitoring Officers appointed for welfare schemes to also carry out public examination work!

மேல்நிலை முதலாமாண்டு (Arrear) / இரண்டாமாண்டு மற்றும் பத்தாம் வகுப்பு பொதுத் தேர்வுகள் பள்ளிக் கல்வித் துறை இயக்ககங்களைச் சார்ந்த இயக்குநர்கள் / / இணை இயக்குநர்கள் மற்றும் துணை இயக்குநர்களை தேர்வு பணிகளில் ஈடுபடுத்துதல் மாவட்டங்கள் ஒதுக்கீடு செய்து ஆணை வழங்கக் கோரியது - தொடர்பாக.

2. பார்வையில் காணும் தங்களது கடிதத்தில், மார்ச்/ஏப்ரல் 2026ல் நடைபெறவுள்ள மேல்நிலை முதலாம் ஆண்டு (Arrear) / இரண்டாம் ஆண்டு மற்றும் பத்தாம் வகுப்பு பொதுத் தேர்வுகளுக்கு பள்ளிக் கல்வித் துறையின்கீழ் செயல்பட்டு வரும் பிற இயக்ககங்களைச் சார்ந்த இயக்குநர் / இணை இயக்குநர் / துணை இயக்குநர்களை தேர்வு பணிகளுக்கு ஈடுபடுத்த மாவட்டங்களை ஒதுக்கீடு செய்ய கோரப்பட்டுள்ள நிலையில், ஏற்கெனவே ஒவ்வொரு மாவட்டத்திற்கும் நியமிக்கப்பட்டுள்ள கண்காணிப்பு அலுவலர்களையே (Monitoring Officers) மார்ச்/ஏப்ரல் 2026இல் நடைபெறவுள்ள மேல்நிலை முதலாம் ஆண்டு (Arrear) / இரண்டாம் ஆண்டு மற்றும் பத்தாம் வகுப்பு பொதுத் தேர்வு பணிகளையும் மேற்கொள்ள அறிவுறுத்துமாறு தங்களை கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறேன்.

I am directed to state that the officers working under the control of School Education Department were appointed as Monitoring Officers to the Districts mentioned against their name vide the Government letters 1st to 3rd cited above, to ensure effective implementation and monitoring of welfare schemes and other schemes/programmes implemented by the School Education Department

2. In the letter fourth cited above, due to retirement of certain Directors and Joint Directors during the year 2025 and transfer and promotion of certain Directors from the post of Joint Directors and Joint Directors from the post of Chief Educational Officer, the Director of School Education has sent a revised list of Monitoring Officers and requested to appoint the Officers working under the control of School Education Department as Monitoring Officers to the Districts.

3. In this connection, I am to inform that the Officers working under the control of School Education Department are appointed as Monitoring Officers to the Districts mentioned against their name, to ensure effective implementation and monitoring of all educational activities and schemes / programmes implemented by the School Education Department, as detailed below:-
