"நம்ம அரசு" (Namma Arasu) வாட்சப் சாட்பாட் என்பது தமிழ்நாடு மின்னாளுமை முகமையால் (TNeGA) தொடங்கப்பட்ட ஒரு சேவையாகும். 2026-ஆம் ஆண்டின் தற்போதைய தகவல்களின்படி, இந்தச் சாட்பாட் குறித்த முக்கிய விவரங்கள் இதோ: நோக்கம்: தமிழக அரசின் பல்வேறு சேவைகளை மக்கள் தங்கள் அலைபேசி வாயிலாக எளிதாகப் பெறுவதை இது நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது.
சேவைகள்: சான்றிதழ்கள் கோருதல், அரசுத் திட்டங்கள் குறித்த தகவல்கள் மற்றும் புகார்களைப் பதிவு செய்தல் போன்ற சேவைகளை விரல் நுனியில் வழங்க இது வடிவமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

குடிமக்கள் சேவைகளை டிஜிட்டல் மயமாக்குதலில் ஒரு புரட்சிகரமான மைல் கல்லாக, தமிழ்நாடு மின்னாளுமை முகமை (TNeGA) "நம்ம அரசு" வாட்சப் சாட்பாட் சேவையை மாநிலத்தின் முன்னணி தகவல் தொழில்நுட்ப மாநாடான உமாஜின் 2026 (Umagine 2026) நிகழ்வில் அறிமுகப்படுத்தியுள்ளது. தொழில்நுட்ப தலைவர்கள், புதுமையாளர்கள் மற்றும் கொள்கை நிர்ணயர்கள் ஒன்றிணையும் இந்த மாநாடு, தமிழ்நாட்டின் டிஜிட்டல் மாற்றப் பயணத்தை வெளிப்படுத்தும் முக்கிய தளமாக உள்ளது. "நம்ம அரசு" வாட்சப் சாட்பாட் சேவையின் மூலம், பொதுமக்கள் அரசு சேவைகளைத் தங்களது மொபைல் போன் வழியாகவே எளிதாகப் பெற முடியும். இதன் மூலம் இணையதள வழிமுறைகள் மூலம் ஏற்படும் சிரமங்களோ அல்லது அரசு அலுவலகங்களுக்கு நேரடியாகச் செல்ல வேண்டிய அவசியமோ இனி இருக்காது. பொதுமக்கள் +91 78452 52525 என்ற வாட்சப் எண்ணின் மூலம் இந்தச் சேவையைப் பயன்படுத்தலாம்.
மாண்புமிகு தமிழ்நாடு தகவல் தொழில்நுட்பம் மற்றும் டிஜிட்டல் சேவைகள் துறை அமைச்சர் திரு. டாக்டர் பழனிவேல் தியாகராஜன் அவர்கள், ஜனவரி 8, 2026 அன்று "நம்ம அரசு" திட்டத்தை அதிகாரப்பூர்வமாகத் தொடங்கி வைத்தார். இந்நிகழ்வில் தகவல் தொழில்நுட்பம் மற்றும் டிஜிட்டல் சேவைகள் துறை முதன்மைச் செயலாளர், தமிழ்நாடு மின்னாளுமை முகமை அதிகாரிகள், திரு அருண் ஸ்ரீநிவாஸ், மெட்டா இந்தியா (Meta India) நிறுவனத்தின் தலைவர் மற்றும் மேலாண்மை இயக்குநர் மற்றும் காரிக்ஸ் மொபைல்ஸ் பிரைவேட் லிமிடெட் (Karix Mobiles Pvt Ltd) நிறுவனத்தின் தலைவர்கள் கலந்து கொண்டனர்
. இத்திட்டத்தின் முதற்கட்டமாக உள்ளாட்சித் துறை சேவைகள், இந்து சமய அறநிலையத் துறை சார்ந்த பக்தர்களுக்கான சேவைகள், மின்சார வாரிய (TNEB) கட்டணம் செலுத்துதல் உள்ளிட்ட 16 துறைகளைச் சேர்ந்த 51 சேவைகள் தற்போது வாட்சப் மூலம் நேரலையில் வழங்கப்படுகின்றன. இத்தளம் அதிநவீன தொழில்நுட்பத்துடன் தடையற்ற, பாதுகாப்பான மற்றும் விரிவான சேவை வழங்கலை உறுதி செய்யும் வண்ணம் வடிவமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. இயல்பான உரையாடலைச் சாத்தியமாக்கும் AI தொழில்நுட்பம் மற்றும் ஒருங்கிணைக்கப்பட்ட கட்டணம் செலுத்தும் முறை (Payment Integration) ஆகியவை இதில் பயன்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளன.
அரசு சேவைகளை எளிமையாகவும், வெளிப்படையாகவும் வழங்குவதற்காக தமிழக அரசு மேற்கொண்டு வரும் விரிவான டிஜிட்டல் மாற்றத் திட்டத்தின் ஒரு பகுதியாக இந்த "நம்ம அரசு" முன்னெடுப்பு அமைந்துள்ளது. மக்களின் வசதியை மேலும் மேம்படுத்தும் வகையில், "நம்ம அரசு" தளத்தில் மேலும் பல துறை சார்ந்த சேவைகள் படிப்படியாக இணைக்க தமிழக அரசு திட்டமிட்டுள்ளது. The launch at this premier annual event underscores the strategic importance of mobile-first governance in the State's vision for accessible public services. The initiative enables residents across Tamil Nadu to access essential government services through a conversational, mobile-first platform, eliminating the need for complex portal navigation or physical visits to government offices. "Namma Arasu" was officially inaugurated on January 8, 2026 by Thiru Dr. Palanivel Thiaga Rajan, Hon'ble Minister for Information Technology and Digital Services, Government of Tamil Nadu, in the presence of the Principal Secretary to the Government, Information Technology and Digital Services Department and officials from TNeGA, Mr Arun Srinivas, Country Head and MD, M/s. Meta India and his team and leaders from M/s. Karix Mobiles Pvt Ltd.,. The launch underscores the State's commitment to democratizing access to public services through innovative digital channels. As a Phase 1 of the rollout, 51 services spanning 16 departments are now live on WhatsApp, including Local body Department Services, Hindu Religious & Charitable Endowments Department Devotee-centric services, TNEB Bill payment and various other citizen-facing services across departments.
The platform has been designed to ensure seamless, secure, and scalable service delivery using WhatsApp Flows for user interaction, payment integration, AI-driven intent detection enabling natural, conversational interactions and API integration with government back-end systems. This initiative is part of the Government of Tamil Nadu's broader digital transformation agenda to make government services more accessible, transparent, and citizen-friendly. The State plans to expand the services in a phased manner progressively adding more departments and services to the "Namma Arasu" platform to enhance citizen convenience.
