இந்நிலையில், பென்ஷன் தொடர்பாக இடைக்கால அறிக்கையை யாரிடம் குழு வழங்கியது? அந்த இடைக்கால அறிக்கை யின் நகல் வேண்டும். பென்ஷன் குழுவுக்கு காலஅவகாசம் வழங்கியிருந்தால் காலக்கெடு நிர்ணயம் செய்து தமிழக அரசு அரசாணை வெளியிட்டிருந்தால் அதன் நகல் வழங்க வேண்டும் என்று தகவல் பெறும் உரிமைச் சட்டத்தில் சிபிஎஸ் ஒழிப்பு இயக்க ஒருங்கி ணைப்பாளர் பிரெடெரிக் எங்கெல்ஸ் கடந்த மாதம் 4ம் தேதி கேள்வி எழுப்பியிருந்தார். அதற்கு அரசிடம் இருந்து ஒரு மாதமாக எந்த பதிலும் வரவில்லை. இதனால், சுடந்த 5ம் தேதி மேல்முறையீடு செய்துள்ளார்.
அரசு அமைத்த குழு, 6 மாதம் என்ன செய்தது என்ற கேள்விக்கே இது வரை பதில் இல்லை. 40 நாட்களுக்கு முன்பு அரசிடம் வழங்கிய இடைக்கால அறிக்கையின் நகல் கேட்டாலும், யாரிடம் அறிக்கை சமர்ப்பிக் கப்பட்டது என்ற கேள்விக்கும் அரசு மவுனத் தையே பதிலாக கொடுக்கிறது. இந்த மவு னத்துக்கு என்ன காரணம்? உண்மையிலேயே குழு இடைக்கால அறிக்கை கொடுத்ததா? இல்லையா என்ற கேள்விக்கு பதில் கிடைக் காமல் அரசு ஊழியர்கள், ஆசிரியர்கள் குழப் பத்தில் உள்ளனர்.
