தமிழக அரசு ஊழியர்கள் மற்றும் ஓய்வூதியர்கள்/ குடும்ப ஓய்வூதியர்கள் புதிய மருத்துவ காப்பீட்டு திட்டத்தின் கீழ் சிகிச்சை பெற்றதற்கான செலவை திரும்ப பெற (NHIS Reimbursement Claims Settlement ) உரிய பில்களை அந்தந்த மாவட்ட குறை தீர்ப்பு குழு (Dist Redressal committe) மூலம் அதாவது Grievance Redressal Officer (Joint Director of Medical Services concerned District) நேரடியாக சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டும். கருவூல கணக்குத் துறை ஆணையர் உத்தரவு.

In addition to that the Government had previously Issued the amendment for submitting the reimburs irsement claims directly to the UIIC vide reference 5th cited considering the delay in the settlement of huge volume of appeat received during the post covid period. As the Covid claims have been d considering considerably reduced, the Government have now restored original procedures. mentioned in the Government order 1st and 2nd cited vide reference 7th cited.
As the Government has restored the Instructions issued in the Government order 1st and 2nd cited with effect from 01.07.2025, it is requested to follow the Instructions and forward the claims directly to the grievance redressal officer. Joint Director of Health Services of concerned district).
