M.Ed - Full Time & Part Time Notification

It has been decided to constitute a committee comprising with the following members to develop Suggestive Syllabi of Stage and Subject - specific Specialization Courses in accordance with the curricular structure of the Master's Programme in Teacher Education ( M.Ed. 1 - Year Full Time and M.Ed. 2 - Year Part Time )

Terms of Reference are as follows:-

a) To prepare the aforesaid document in the light of Curriculum and Credit Framework for Postgraduate Programmes, UGC-NHEQF, NCFTE etc.

b) The course content for both M.Ed. 1-Year Full Time Programme and M.Ed. 2-Year Part Time Programme to be guided by NEP 2020 relevance to the Postgraduate Programmes to make it responsive and relevant to the outcomes of learning and common attributes of teacher educators.

c) The Chairperson of the Committee may co-opt more members, if need arises.

d) Any other relevant point concerning to, may be discussed and decided by the committee in the light of NEP 2020/Curriculum and Credit Framework for Postgraduate Programmes/NCTE Regulations as applicable.

e ) The committee is expected to submit its report within 30 days from the date of issue of the office Order.

f) The TA/DA/Sitting fees shall be paid as per the NCTE Norms. The NCTE would provide Secretarial Assistance to the committee as per requirement.

This issues with the approval of the competent authority.
