மாவட்ட முதன்மைக் கல்வி அலுவலர்களுக்கு தமிழ்நாடு மாதிரிப் பள்ளிகளுக்கான உறுப்பினர் செயலர் இரா.சுதன் அனுப்பிய சுற்றறிக்கையில் கூறியிருப்பதாவது:

தமிழகத்தில் அனைத்து வகை அரசுப் பள்ளிகளிலும் பள்ளி மேலாண்மைக் குழுக் கூட்டம்(எஸ்எம்சி) 2022-ம் ஆண்டு செப்டம்பர் முதல் நடத்தப்பட்டு வருகின்றன.

அதில் நிறைவேற்றப்பட்ட தீர்மானங்கள் பெற்றோர் செயலியில் உள்ளீடு செய்யும் நடைமுறை அமலில் இருக்கிறது. 1,369 தீர்மானங்கள் மாணவர்களின் சீருடை அளவு சார்ந்தவைகளாக உள்ளன. எனவே, ஒரு முன்மாதிரி முயற்சியாக குறிப்பிட்ட 50 பள்ளிகளில் மாணவர்களுக்கு சரியான அளவில் சீருடை தைத்து வழங்குவதை எஸ்எம்சி குழு மற்றும் முன்னாள் மாணவர்கள் உறுதி செய்ய வேண்டும்.
