பள்ளிக் கல்வி பள்ளி, கல்லூரி மாணவர்களிடையே சாதி, இன உணர்வுகள் காரணமாக உருவாகும் வன்முறைகளை தவிர்க்கவும், நல்லிணக்கம் ஏற்படுத்தவும், வழிமுறைகள் வகுக்கவும் ஓய்வு பெற்ற மாண்பமை நீதியரசர் திரு.k.சந்துரு அவர்கள் தலைமையில் அமைக்கப்பட்ட ஒரு நபர் குழுவின் கடிதம் அனைத்துப் பள்ளிகளுக்கும் அனுப்பி வைத்தல் உரிய நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்ள அறிவுறுத்தல் - சார்பு. பார்வை (1)-இல், கண்டுள்ள அரசாணையின்படி, அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ள ஒரு நபர் குழுவின் தலைவர் அவர்கள், பள்ளி, கல்லூரிகளில் சாதிய அடிப்படையிலான வேறுபாடற்ற சூழலை உருவாக்குவது சார்ந்து அரசாணையில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ள விதிமுறைகள் (Terms of References) அடிப்படையில் இப்பொருள் சார்ந்து கல்வி நிறுவனங்கள் சார்பிலான கருத்துக்கள் மற்றும் ஆலோசனைகளை குழுவின் மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரி / அஞ்சல் வழியாகவோ அனுப்பி வைத்திட கோரும் கடிதத்தினை அனைத்துக் கல்வி நிறுவனங்களுக்கும் அனுப்பி உரிய தகவல் தெரிவித்திட கோரியுள்ளார்கள்.

மேற்குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள ஓய்வு பெற்ற மாண்பமை நீதியரசர் திரு.K.சந்துரு அவர்களது கடித நகல் இத்துடன் இணைத்து அனைத்து முதன்மைக் கல்வி அலுவலர்களுக்கும் மின்னஞ்சல் வழியே அனுப்பி வைக்கப்படுகிறது. இக்கடித நகலினை தங்கள் மாவட்டத்திலுள்ள அனைத்து வகைப் பள்ளிகளுக்கும் அனுப்பி வைத்து உரிய நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்ளவும், அனைத்து பள்ளிகளுக்கும் மேற்கண்டுள்ள கடித நகல் அனுப்பியதை உறுதி செய்து 25.09.2023-க்குள் இவ்வலுவலகத்திற்கு அறிக்கை அளித்திட அனைத்து முதன்மைக் கல்வி அலுவலர்கள் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறார்கள். இணைப்பு: பார்வை 2ல் உள்ள கடித நகல்

Vanakkam! By the G.O. under reference I have been appointed as the One Man Committee to suggest methods to eradicate caste based differences in Schools and Colleges. In para 4, it was stated as follows:-

"The Committee in connection with the issue solicit opinions from educationists, students, social workers, journalists and various other segments and submit their opinions to the government in its Report"

Since the number of schools under your control are in larger number and I do not have the addresses of those schools, I request you kindly circularize the appended letter of mine to all the schools under your control and do the needful. Kindly oblige. Sub: Inviting comments and opinions from all concerned - reg.

Vanakkam! By the order under reference, I have been appointed as a One Man Committee to suggest ways and means to eradicate caste based differences in Schools and Colleges.

The Terms of Reference given to the One Man committee is as follows: -

1. The Committee to analyse measures that would have to be taken to create an atmosphere free of differences on the basis of caste / creed in Schools and Colleges.

2. The Committee to list out the guidelines, suggestions and motivation required for creating a caste / creed free society as the ultimate goal of harmony in association with teachers, students and parents and submit reports."

3. The Committee to advise the govt. on setting up a Grievance Redressal Mechanism so as to enable the students to ventilate their grievances.

4. The Committee in connection with the issue solicit opinions from educationists, students, social workers, journalists and various other segments and submit their opinions to the government in its Report. 5. In order to have a deep understanding, the Committee must interact with the Police Officers, Child Welfare Committees, Juvenile Justice Boards, and Children in Conflict with Law and to suggest clear guidelines and ethical standards to the government.

6. The Committee must investigate such other factors which it may consider necessary or as per the suggestions made by the government.

As per the above terms, you may understand that the Tamil Nadu govt. wants the One Man Committee to interact with educationists, students, police officers, journalists, social workers, CWCs, JJBS, and CCLs before submitting its report within six months.

Therefore, since your organization is a stakeholder in this issue, I request your valuable suggestions to enable the committee to submit its Report. Your suggestions and views may be communicated either by e-mail or by post in the address notified above.

The Committee's head can be also met in person between 3.00 and 5.00 p.m. on any working days at the address given above.
