Under sub-section 2 of Section 12 of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 (Central Act 35 of 2009), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby specifies the per child expenditure incurred on education by the State of Tamil Nadu for the year 2022-2023, 2023-2024, 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 for classes from LKG to VIII as stated below for the purpose of reimbursement to private schools:- Per child expenditure for the year 2022-2023 (Rupees)
