மாதிரிப் பள்ளிகளில் மாணவர்களை சேர்ப்பதற்கான அடிப்படை மதிப்பீடு (Baseline Assessment) - 9ஆம் வகுப்பு மாணவர்களுக்கு 04.03.2023 அன்று நடைபெற உள்ளது - தமிழ்நாடு மாதிரிப் பள்ளிகளின் உறுப்பினர் செயலரின் செயல்முறைகள்
Model Schools Baseline Assessment for Class 9 students for admission into Model School - Reg
This is to inform that a Baseline assessment will be conducted for Class 9 students for admission into Model schools. This assessment will be conducted on the 4th of March 2023, Saturday between 10:30 AM to 12 PM.
The list of students selected for this assessment is attached herewith.
1. The total number of students per district is 240-120 girls and 120 boys.
2. A venue needs to be fixed to conduct the assessment for the above mentioned strength.
3. A senior Headmaster may be appointed as the Center Chief and Invigilators may be appointed.
4. The Headmasters of the schools mentioned in the list should be contacted immediately and given the list of students selected from their schools.
5. The Headmasters must be instructed to take complete responsibility to bring these students to the venue and ensure that all the students mentioned in the list appear for the assessment. 6. The Headmasters must be instructed to appoint a teacher in-charge to bring the students to the venue and take them back.
7. The assessment will be conducted on a personalised OMR sheet, with the students' name and EMIS id printed on the answer sheet. Hence it is essential that the in-charge teacher brings a photo identification list of the selected students with their name, photo, EMIS id - with the school name and seal.
8. The Headmasters must be instructed to check the EMIS ids and ensure that they send the right student for the assessment.
