ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF CO-OPERATIVE AUDIT IN THE TAMIL NADU CO-OPERATIVE SERVICE

The list of Register Numbers of candidates admitted provisionally to certificate verification in the ratio of 1:4 for the post of Assistant Director of Co-operative Audit in the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Service was published on the Commission’s website on 22.06.2022 based on the results of the written examination conducted by the Commission on 30.04.2022 FN & AN.

Based on the outcome of onscreen certificate verification, the candidates whose register numbers mentioned below have been provisionally admitted to oral test / Certificate Verification and Oral Test in the ratio of 1:3 based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the written examination and with reference to rule of reservation of appointments. The Oral Test / Certificate Verification and Oral Test will be held on 31.10.2022 at the office of the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, TNPSC Road, Chennai - 600 003.

The candidates should attend the Oral Test / Certificate Verification and Oral Test with all original certificates in support of the claims made in their online applications. The above details will be made available in the Commission’s website and the candidates will be informed of the above fact only through SMS and e-mail accordingly. Individual Communication regarding the date and time of Oral Test / Certificate Verification and Oral Test will not be sent to the candidates by post.

In the place of rejected candidates during onscreen certificate verification, candidates with the following Register Numbers are admitted to Certificate Verification and Oral Test and their admission to Certificate Verification and Oral Test is purely provisional subject to verification and acceptance of the documents in support of the claims made in their online application in respect of Age, Educational Qualification, Communal category, DA Status etc. Only after verification of the claims with the original certificates, their eligibility will become final for admission to oral test. If they do not produce the required certificates or if they do not satisfy the eligibility criteria, their online application will be rejected and their provisional admission to Oral Test will be cancelled and they will not be admitted to the next stage of selection process. Mere inclusion of the Register Number of candidates in the list does not confer any right on the part of candidate for participation in Oral test.

2. The candidates whose register numbers are found in the above list have been admitted provisionally to the Oral Test / certificate verification and oral test based on the marks obtained by them in the written examination and with reference to the rule of reservation of appointments.

3. The admission of candidates to Oral Test / Certificate Verification and Oral Test is provisional subject to verification and acceptance of the claims in their online applications towards Age, Educational Qualification, Community etc, through original documents. If any of their claims are found to be false or incorrect, their provisional admission to Oral Test / Certificate Verification and Oral Test will be cancelled and they will not be admitted to next stage of selection.

4. The candidates who have appeared for written examination and whose register numbers are not found in the above list have not been admitted to the Oral Test / Certificate Verification and Oral Test.

5. The admission of the above candidates to the oral test / Certificate Verification and Oral Test is purely provisional subject to the decision of the Commission and subject to the final orders to be passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Madras in the W.P.Nos.11572 of 2022, 6096 of 2022, 3931 of 2022, 2535 of 2022 and other cases, pending before the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Madras / Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, if any, relating to this recruitment.

6. Candidates who have been admitted provisionally to Oral Test / Certificate Verification and Oral Test are hereby advised to attend the Oral Test / Certificate Verification and Oral Test with all the relevant documents, in original without fail. Failure to produce even any one of the essential documents will result in their non-admission to the next stage of selection.

7. The list of register numbers of candidates who were admitted to Certificate Verification and who have not been considered for provisional admission to Oral Test / Certificate Verification and Oral Test and the reasons there for has been mentioned in the Annexure to this list.
