CRC TRAINING - 18/06/2022
→ All PG Teachers, High School and Higher Secondary School Headmasters and Part-time Teachers are exempted from attending the training.
All the other teachers from Government and Aided schools must attend the training at their assigned venues.
→ All the participating teachers have to come with their EMIS teacher Id and Password to the training. All the teachers must bring a smart phone with internet facility and an ear phone for the training.
• All the participating teachers must attend the online assessment without fail.
If the training venue coordinator is also a regular teacher, he/she also has to participate in the online assessment.
A physical attendance will be maintained at the venue for audit purposes.
A training hall must not have more than 40 participants and SOP protocols must be strictly adhered.
→ Training venues must be visited in advance by the venue coordinators/BRTES to ensure proper facilities available for the training.
Training venues must contain a computer and projector with proper speakers to livestream the sessions from the State Office.

→ அனைத்து முதுகலை ஆசிரியர்கள், உயர்நிலைப் பள்ளி மற்றும் மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளி தலைமையாசிரியர்கள் மற்றும் பகுதி நேர ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு பயிற்சியில் கலந்து கொள்வதில் இருந்து விலக்கு அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
அரசு மற்றும் உதவி பெறும் பள்ளிகளைச் சேர்ந்த மற்ற ஆசிரியர்கள் அனைவரும் தங்களுக்கு ஒதுக்கப்பட்ட இடங்களில் பயிற்சியில் கலந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும்.
→ பங்கேற்கும் அனைத்து ஆசிரியர்களும் தங்களது EMIS ஆசிரியர் அடையாள அட்டையுடன் வர வேண்டும் மற்றும் பயிற்சிக்கான கடவுச்சொல்.
அனைத்து ஆசிரியர்களும் கட்டாயம் இணைய வசதியுடன் கூடிய ஸ்மார்ட் போன்களை , பயிற்சிக்கு இயர் போன். கொண்டு வர வேண்டும்
• பங்கேற்கும் அனைத்து ஆசிரியர்களும் ஆன்லைன் மதிப்பீட்டில் தவறாமல் கலந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும்
பயிற்சி நடைபெறும் இட ஒருங்கிணைப்பாளரும் வழக்கமான ஆசிரியராக இருந்தால், அவரும் ஆன்லைன் மதிப்பீட்டில் பங்கேற்க வேண்டும்.
தணிக்கைக்கான இடத்தில் உடல் வருகை பராமரிக்கப்படும் நோக்கங்களுக்காக.
ஒரு பயிற்சி கூடத்தில் 40 க்கும் மேற்பட்ட பங்கேற்பாளர்கள் இருக்கக்கூடாது மற்றும் SOP நெறிமுறைகள் கண்டிப்பாக கடைபிடிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
→ பயிற்சிக்கான சரியான வசதிகளை உறுதிசெய்ய, பயிற்சி நடைபெறும் இடங்களை, இட ஒருங்கிணைப்பாளர்கள்/BRTES முன்கூட்டியே பார்வையிட வேண்டும்.
மாநில அலுவலகத்திலிருந்து அமர்வுகளை நேரலையில் ஒளிபரப்ப பயிற்சி நடைபெறும் இடங்களில் முறையான ஸ்பீக்கர்களுடன் கூடிய கணினி மற்றும் புரொஜெக்டர் இருக்க வேண்டும்.
