 Mock Poll Need to start at 6.00 A.M. Morning before the real Poll.

 Check the Switch off stage in Control Unit + VVPAT Machine.

 Machine Connectivity: Ballot Unit -> VVPAT -> Control Unit.

 First switch on the Button in VVPAT and then in Control Unit.

 After the above steps, 7 checking slips will come automatically from VVPAT.

 Before starting the Mock Poll Need to press the Total Button for checking total votes are Zero and need to show that to the agents.

 Press the Ballot Button every time for putting the each votes from agents. (5 votes (including NOTA) at the time of Mock Poll are good for saving the time).  After the completing the above, Press the Total Button to show the Polled votes to the agents and confirm it.

 Press Close Button to stop the Mock Polling Votes.

 Press Result Button to show the result to the agents.

 Press Clear Button to clear the Mock Polled votes.

 Again Press Total Button to show the votes are ZERO to the agents and confirm it.

 Switch Off Control Unit Only.

 Open the VVPAT side box and collect the all available slips.

i) First collect the 7 Checking Slips, Don’t Put the Mock Poll Seal.

ii) Then Collect the Mock Polled votes slip (i.e., 5 votes slip) and Put the Mock Poll Seal in the back side of Slips (5 votes). All the Slips should put into the Black thick cover and it should be sealed.

The cover should be into the box and sealed.

VVPAT should be sealed with the use of address Tag.

 PRO, POs, Agents should sign on the Green Seal and Put Green Seal into the Control Unit (Note down the Green Seal Serial Number).

 Put Special Tag on the Close Button and sealed Properly. Special Tag and Address Numbers Must be Noted.

 PRO, POs, Agents should sign on the ABCD Strip Seal and Put the ABCD Strip Seal and covered accordingly with Green Paper Seal.

Note the ABCD Strip Seal accordingly.

 On the Control Unit Button. Now the Real Poll is Ready.

 Mock Poll Certificate Need to Filled up and get the sign from agents.

 After the Real Poll over at 5 P.M. Press Total Button and check 17A register to cross check the total polled votes.

Both should be same.

 Press Close Button and Switch of the Control Unit.

 At the time Poll closed (i.e., 6 PM) need to mention “The serial no of last entry in Form 17A is____” and get a sign from Agents.

 Prepare Form 17C forms and get a sign from agents. Give only one copy for all agents.

 Need to get sign from agents in the all Sealed Address Tags.

 Form 13 also need to get a sign from agents.

 After the poll closed need to be sealed Control Unit, Ballot Unit and VVPAT
