The following guidelines are issued and should be necessarily followed by all NTS Examination centres.
Basic Details:
Please provide following details in the Google Form so that we have all the information about your Center.

1. Proper Name of the School/ College/ Institute
2. Proper address of the School/ College/ Institute in the given format;
Name of the school, full address, locality, landmark, city/district, state, pin code with 3. Google Map location link of your institution
4. Providing Full Details of the Principal (Full Name, Contact Number: WhatsApp will be Preferable, and Email ID)
5. Providing School/College/Institute Bank Details (Branch Name, Account Holder Name, Account Number and IFSC Code)

Details of the SPOC and Centre
1. Assign Single Point Of Contact (SPOC), who will be continuously be in contact with the NTS Team,
AMP Observers, NGO Connect Team Observers and with Training Partner Observers
➢ His/her number will be added to our WhatsApp group for coordination
➢ He/She will be the In-charge of the respective Exam Center
➢ Will co-ordinate for collection and dispatch of the answer sheets & question paper
➢ Providing Name of Invigilators assigned
2. The SPOC has to attend all the orientation sessions regarding NTS 2023 by NTS Team
3. The SPOC must adhere to the guidelines provided for both examination centres and candidates
4. The SPOC must ensure that everyone entering the examination centre follows the necessary rules and regulations
5. If any discrepancies and manipulations found in student Hall Ticket, decision should be taken by the exam in-charge in best favour of justice
6. Exam SPOC should make sure the Invigilators follow the due process of examination right from start to end
7. All the norms of a regular competitive examination must be followed to keep the exam fair and genuine
8. Arrange the necessary resources required to conduct the exam like
➢ Invigilators
➢ Infrastructure
➢ Support Staff (Security, Water Boy, Cleaning Boy etc.,)
➢ Observer from any Other School/College of your City
