Extension of the orders of Dearness Allowance issued for employees who are in pre-2016 pay scales for grant of Dearness Allowance to Pensioners/Family Pensioners who are drawing pre-revised pension and Family Pension Regarding.

I am to invite your attention to the references cited.
2. In the Government letter first cited, it was directed to extend the orders of Dearness Allowance issued for employees who are in pre-2016 pay scales for grant of Dearness Allowance at the rate from 212% to 221% with effect from 01.04.2023 to the Pensioners and Family Pensioners also who are drawing pre-revised Pension and Family Pension.
3. In the reference second cited, among others, orders have been issued, revising the rate of Dearness Allowance to the State Government employees drawing pay in the pre-2016 pay scales from 221% to 230% with effect from 01-07-2023.
4. I am therefore to request you to extend the orders of Dearness Allowance issued in respect of the employees who are drawing pay in pre-2016 pay scales enhancing the rate of Dearness Allowance from 221% to 230% with effect from 01-07-2023 to the Pensioners and Family Pensioners also who are drawing pre-revised pension and family pension. 5. I am also to request you to draw the arrears of Dearness Allowance for the months of July 2023 to October 2023 at the rate ordered in para-4 above and make payment to the Pensioners and Family Pensioners also who are drawing pre-revised pension and Family Pension immediately.

மேற்கோள் காட்டப்பட்ட குறிப்புகளுக்கு உங்கள் கவனத்தை நான் அழைக்கிறேன். 2. முதலில் மேற்கோள் காட்டப்பட்ட அரசுக் கடிதத்தில், 2016-க்கு முந்தைய ஊதிய விகிதங்களில் உள்ள ஊழியர்களுக்கு அகவிலைப்படி வழங்குவதற்கான ஆணைகளை 212% இல் இருந்து 221% ஆக 01.04.2023 முதல் நீட்டிக்க உத்தரவிடப்பட்டது. முன் திருத்தப்பட்ட ஓய்வூதியம் மற்றும் குடும்ப ஓய்வூதியம் பெறும் ஓய்வூதியதாரர்கள் மற்றும் குடும்ப ஓய்வூதியதாரர்களுக்கும்.
3. மேற்கோள் காட்டப்பட்ட இரண்டாவதாக, மற்றவற்றுடன், 01-07-2023 முதல் அமலுக்கு வரும் வகையில், 2016க்கு முந்தைய ஊதிய விகிதங்களில் ஊதியம் பெறும் மாநில அரசு ஊழியர்களுக்கு அகவிலைப்படியின் விகிதத்தை 221% முதல் 230% வரை திருத்தியமைத்து ஆணைகள் வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளன. .
4. எனவே 2016-க்கு முந்தைய ஊதிய விகிதங்களில் ஊதியம் பெறும் ஊழியர்களுக்கு அகவிலைப்படியை 221% லிருந்து 230% ஆக உயர்த்தி 01-07-ஆம் தேதி முதல் நீட்டிக்குமாறு உங்களைக் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன். முன் திருத்தப்பட்ட ஓய்வூதியம் மற்றும் குடும்ப ஓய்வூதியம் பெறும் ஓய்வூதியம் பெறுவோர் மற்றும் குடும்ப ஓய்வூதியதாரர்களுக்கும் 2023. 5. அகவிலைப்படி நிலுவைத் தொகையைப் பெறுமாறும் கேட்டுக் கொள்கிறேன் ஜூலை 2023 முதல் அக்டோபர் 2023 வரையிலான மாதங்களுக்கு பாரா-4 இல் ஆர்டர் செய்யப்பட்ட விகிதத்தில் மேலே மற்றும் ஓய்வூதியம் பெறுவோர் மற்றும் குடும்ப ஓய்வூதியதாரர்களுக்கும் பணம் செலுத்துங்கள் முன் திருத்தப்பட்ட ஓய்வூதியம் மற்றும் குடும்ப ஓய்வூதியம் உடனடியாக வழங்கப்படுகின்றன.
