The Government in the order first cited have ordered to implement the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister's Farmer Security Scheme for providing Financial Assistances to the Agricultural Labours, Small and Marginal Farmers and their family members in order to provide social security to them.
2. In the reference 2nd cited Commissioner/Director of Land Reforms, Special Deputy Collector (PGRC) Public Grievances Redressel Cell) and Tahsildar (DRS) (Distress Relief Scheme) are incharge of scheme of implementation of the scheme at the state, District and Taluk Level designating them as Special Officer (Chief Minister's Farmers Security Scheme) Special Deputy Collector( SSS) (Social Security Scheme) and Tahsildar (SS) respectively.
3. In the reference third cited further continuance of 361 temporary posts for the period of three years from 01.7.2019 to 30.6.2022 has already been issued vide G.O (D) No. 119, Revenue and Disaster Management (LR.I(2) Department dated. 19.2.2022 and the further continuance of 361 temporary. posts of Chief Minister's Uzhavar Pathukappu Thittam is under the consideration of the Government.
4. In the meantime the Additional Chief Secretary/Commissioner of Revenue Administration vide Letter No.Ser 6(2)01-04/336/2022 dated. 29.7.2022 has authorized pay for the above temporary posts for three months i.e. July, August and September 2022. 5. In the reference 4th cited, the Additional Chief Secretary / Commissioner of Revenue Administration and Disaster Management has requested the Government to issue Pay Authorization for the months of October, November and December 2022 for the above said 361 temporary posts.
6. The proposal of the Additional Chief Secretary/Commissioner of Revenue Administration and Disaster Management has been agreed by the Government in the reference 5th cited and Government hereby permit pay authorization for the months of October, November and December 2022 for the 361 temporary posts under Chief Minister's Uzhavar Pathukappu Thittam 2011.. and All the Treasury officers are requested to admit and honour the pay bill for the month of October, November and December 2022.
7. Now, In the 'reference 6th cited, the Additional Chief Secretary / Commissioner of Revenue Administration and Disaster Management has requested the Government to issue Pay Authorization for the months of January, February and March 2023 for the above said 361 temporary posts.
8. The proposal of the Additional Chief Secretary/Commissioner of Revenue Administration and Disaster Management has been agreed by the Government and here by permit pay authorization for the months of January, February and March 2023 for the 361 temporary posts under Chief Minister's Uzhavar Pathukappu Thittam 2011. All the Treasury officers are requested to admit and honour the pay bill for the month of January, February and March 2023.
9. The pending issue of order for further continuance of the above 361 temporary posts for the period from 01.7.2022 to 30.6.2024 is under consideration of the Government.
10. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance Department vide its U.O. No 5251/Finance [Rev]/2023, dated 25.2.2023.
