The training for the commentators took place yesterday as the primary and secondary school teachers are to be given 5 days training in the ‘Counting and Writing’ program for 1st, 2nd and 3rd classes. The ‘Counting and Writing’ scheme is to be implemented from 2022-23 for all government, government aided primary and secondary schools in Tamil Nadu for classes 1, 2 and 3 in the interest of students who have not been adequately trained to read and write during the Corona period. State level training for this project has been completed. Following this it is advised to schedule district and regional level trainings in collaboration with all District Teacher Education and Training Institution Principals and Primary Education Officers.
The State Educational Research and Training Institute has sent a circular to all District Primary Education Officers in this regard stating that teachers of all government and government aided schools teaching classes ‘1, 2, 3’ are to be imparted training in high and secondary schools set up by the High Technical Laboratory. The training will be held for 5 days from 6th to 10th June. The headmaster of the District Teacher Education and Training Institute and the Principal Education Officer should jointly select the school where the high technology laboratory is located in the district as the training center.
All District Primary Education Officers, District Teacher Education and Training Institution Principal and educators must be present at the training site all day. All Regional Development Officers in each district should attend the training. The training for the presenters was conducted at SLP Government Girls 'High School, Nagercoil for English, at SLP Government High School for Mathematics and at Kottar Kavimani Government Girls' High School for Tamil. District Primary Education Officer Pukahendi inspected the training class. Trained commentators will provide five days of training to other elementary and middle school teachers
1, 2, 3ம் வகுப்புகளுக்கு ‘எண்ணும் எழுத்தும்’ திட்டத்தில் தொடக்க நடுநிலை பள்ளி ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு 5 நாள் பயிற்சி அளிக்கப்பட உள்ள நிலையில் கருத்தாளர்களுக்கான பயிற்சி நேற்று நடந்தது. கொரோனா காலத்தில் போதிய அளவில் எழுத படிக்க பயிற்சி கிடைக்காத மாணவர்கள் நலன் கருதி தமிழ்நாட்டில் உள்ள அனைத்து அரசு, அரசு உதவி பெறும் ெதாடக்க மற்றும் நடுநிலை பள்ளிகளில் 1, 2, 3 வகுப்புகளுக்கு 2022-23ம் ஆண்டில் இருந்து ‘எண்ணும் எழுத்தும்’ திட்டம் நடைமுறைப்படுத்தப்பட உள்ளது.
இந்த திட்டத்திற்கு மாநில அளவிலான பயிற்சி நடைபெற்று முடிந்துள்ளது. இதனை தொடர்ந்து மாவட்ட மற்றும் வட்டார அளவிலான பயிற்சிகளில் அனைத்து மாவட்ட ஆசிரியர் கல்வி மற்றும் பயிற்சி நிறுவன முதல்வர்கள் மற்றும் முதன்மை கல்வி அலுவலர்கள் இணைந்து திட்டமிட அறிவுறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. இது தொடர்பாக மாநில கல்வியியல் ஆராய்ச்சி மற்றும் பயிற்சி நிறுவனம் அனைத்து மாவட்ட முதன்மை கல்வி அலுவலர்களுக்கும் அனுப்பியுள்ள சுற்றறிக்கையில், ‘1, 2, 3 வகுப்புகளை கற்பிக்கும் அனைத்து அரசு மற்றும் அரசு உதவி பெறும் பள்ளிகளின் ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு உயர் தொழில் நுட்ப ஆய்வகம் அமையப்பெற்ற உயர்நிலை, மேல்நிலை பள்ளிகளில் பயிற்சி வழங்கப்பட உள்ளது. ஜூன் 6ம் தேதி முதல் 10ம் தேதி வரை 5 நாட்கள் பயிற்சி அளிக்கப்படும். மாவட்ட ஆசிரியர் கல்வி மற்றும் பயிற்சி நிறுவன முதல்வர் மற்றும் முதன்மை கல்வி அலுவலர் இணைந்து மாவட்டங்களில் உள்ள உயர் தொழில்நுட்ப ஆய்வகம் அமைந்துள்ள பள்ளியை பயிற்சி மையமாக தேர்ந்தெடுக்க வேண்டும்.
அனைத்து மாவட்ட முதன்மை கல்வி அலுவலர்கள், மாவட்ட ஆசிரியர் கல்வி மற்றும் பயிற்சி நிறுவன முதல்வர் மற்றும் கல்வியாளர்கள் அனைத்து நாட்களும் பயிற்சி நடைபெறும் இடத்தில் இருக்க வேண்டும். ஒவ்வொரு மாவட்டத்திலும் உள்ள அனைத்து வட்டார வளர்ச்சி அலுவலர்களும் பயிற்சியில் கலந்துகொள்ள வேண்டும்’ என்று தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
இந்த பயிற்சியை அளிக்கும் கருத்தாளர்களுக்கான பயிற்சி நாகர்கோவில் எஸ்.எல்.பி அரசு மகளிர் உயர்நிலை பள்ளியில் ஆங்கில பாடத்திற்கும், எஸ்எல்பி அரசு மேல்நிலை பள்ளியில் கணித பாடத்திற்கும், கோட்டார் கவிமணி அரசு மகளிர் மேல்நிலை பள்ளியில் தமிழ் பாடத்திற்கும் பயிற்சி வகுப்பு நடைபெற்றது. மாவட்ட முதன்மை கல்வி அலுவலர் புகழேந்தி பயிற்சி வகுப்பை ஆய்வு செய்தார். பயிற்சி பெற்ற கருத்தாளர்கள் ஐந்து நாள் பயிற்சியை இதர தொடக்க நடுநிலை பள்ளி ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு வழங்குவர்
