2. Government of India, Ministry of Education guidelines relating to coordination of national entrance examinations

ORDER:

In order to ensure effective coordination between the National Testing Agency (NTA), Government of India, District Administrations, Higher Education Department and other stakeholder agencies in connection with the conduct of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) in the State of Tamil Nadu, the Government hereby appoints Thiru. S. Kannappan, Director of School Education, Chennai 600 006, as the State Nodal Officer for Tamil Nadu for all matters relating to the conduct of NEET examinations. 2) The State Nodal Officer shall

Act as the single point of contact between the Government of Tamil Nadu and the National Testing Agency (NTA) Coordinate with District administration, Chief Educational Officers and other district-level authorities for smooth conduct of the examination,

3) This order shall take immediate effect and remain in force until further orders.
