Elections Conduct of online Post assessment for Sector Officers, Presiding Officers and Polling Officers ECI Intimation communicated- Regarding Ref:
E.mail received from the ECI, New Delhi dated: 02.04.2026
I am to invite your attention to the reference cited wherein the Election Commission of India stated that the IIIDEM is proposed to conduct online post assessment training for Sector Officers (SO), Presiding Officers (PrO) and Polling Officers (PO1, PO2, PO3) for polling going States/UT through Google forms as per the following schedule.
Stakeholders Sector Officers (SO), Presiding Officers (Pro) and Polling Officers (PO1, PO2, PO3)

Saturday, 4th April, 2026
Timings
11.00 AM-12.00 Noon
2. The Election Commission of India has also stated that the google form link will be shared with the State Nodal Officers (SNOs) 15 minutes prior to its commencement of post assessment. The IIIDEM will oversee the conduct of the post assessment through a webex meeting link.
3. 1 am, therefore, to request you to kindly inform the Sector Officers, Presiding Officers and Polling Officers (PO1, PO2, PO3)
