I am to state that the manpower requirement at various levels for appointment of polling personnel, like Presiding Officer, Polling Officer etc. has to be assessed. In view of the above, the requirement of flat rate of allowance to polling and counting personnel, Micro Observers and others for payment of remuneration has to be assessed for the ensuing General Elections to Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly, 2026.
2. I am, therefore, to request you to furnish the details of number of polling / counting personnel, etc. along with the total requirement of funds for payment, in the formats given in Annexure-I and Annexure-II immediately based on the rates of remuneration prescribed in the table
given in Annexure-III. Grand Total in Annexure-I and Annexure-II must be tallied. The above details may be furnished to this office on or before 10.03.2026. 2026 தமிழ்நாடு சட்டமன்றத் தேர்தலை முன்னிட்டு, தேர்தல் பணிகளில் ஈடுபடும் அலுவலர்கள் மற்றும் பணியாளர்களுக்கான ஊதியத்தை (Remuneration/Honorarium) இந்தியத் தேர்தல் ஆணையம் கணிசமாக உயர்த்தி அரசாணை வெளியிட்டுள்ளது.
2026 தேர்தல் பணியாளர்களுக்கான திருத்தப்பட்ட ஊதிய விவரங்கள் பின்வருமாறு:
தேர்தல் நாள் பணியாளர்களுக்கான ஊதியம் (தினசரி அல்லது மொத்தத் தொகை)
தேர்தல் ஆணையம் வெளியிட்டுள்ள அறிவிப்பின்படி, வாக்குச்சாவடி தலைமை அலுவலர்கள் முதல் உதவியாளர்கள் வரை அனைவருக்கும் ஊதியம் அதிகரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது:
வாக்குச்சாவடி தலைமை அலுவலர் (Presiding Officer): நாளொன்றுக்கு ₹500 அல்லது மொத்தமாக (Lump sum) ₹2,000.
வாக்குப்பதிவு அலுவலர் (Polling Officer): நாளொன்றுக்கு ₹400 அல்லது மொத்தமாக ₹1,600.
வாக்கு எண்ணிக்கை மேற்பார்வையாளர் (Counting Supervisor): நாளொன்றுக்கு ₹500 அல்லது மொத்தமாக ₹2,000.
வாக்கு எண்ணிக்கை உதவியாளர் (Counting Assistant): நாளொன்றுக்கு ₹450 அல்லது மொத்தமாக ₹1,350.
நுண் பார்வையாளர்கள் (Micro Observers): மொத்தமாக ₹2,000 ஆக உயர்த்தப்பட்டுள்ளது (இது முந்தைய தொகையை விட இரண்டு மடங்கு ஆகும்).
வகுப்பு IV பணியாளர்கள் (Class IV Employees): நாளொன்றுக்கு ₹350 அல்லது மொத்தமாக ₹1,400.
வாக்குச்சாவடி நிலை அலுவலர்களுக்கான (BLO) ஆண்டு ஊதியம்
வாக்குச்சாவடி நிலை அலுவலர்களுக்கான ஊதியத்தை தேர்தல் ஆணையம் இரண்டு மடங்காக உயர்த்தியுள்ளது:
BLO ஆண்டு ஊதியம்: ₹6,000-லிருந்து ₹12,000 ஆக உயர்த்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.
வாக்காளர் பட்டியல் திருத்தப் பணி ஊக்கத்தொகை: ₹1,000-லிருந்து ₹2,000 ஆக அதிகரிப்பு.
BLO மேற்பார்வையாளர் (BLO Supervisor): ஆண்டு ஊதியம் ₹18,000 ஆக உயர்வு. இதர அலுவலர்களுக்கான கௌரவ ஊதியம்
முதன்முறையாக சில உயர் அலுவலர்களுக்கும் கௌரவ ஊதியம் அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது:
வாக்காளர் பதிவு அலுவலர் (ERO): ₹30,000.
உதவி வாக்காளர் பதிவு அலுவலர் (AERO): ₹25,000.
துணை மாவட்ட தேர்தல் அலுவலர்கள் (Dy DEOs): சம்பந்தப்பட்ட அலுவலரின் ஒரு மாத அடிப்படை ஊதியத்திற்கு (Basic Pay) குறையாத தொகை.
உணவு மற்றும் இதர படிகள்
தேர்தல் மற்றும் வாக்கு எண்ணிக்கையின் போது வழங்கப்படும் உணவுப் படியும் உயர்த்தப்பட்டுள்ளது:
உணவு மற்றும் சிற்றுண்டிப் படி: நாளொன்றுக்கு ₹500 வரை வழங்க ஆணையம் அனுமதி அளித்துள்ளது.
இந்த புதிய ஊதிய விகிதங்கள் 2026 தமிழ்நாடு சட்டமன்றத் தேர்தலில் பணியாற்றும் அனைத்து அரசு ஊழியர்கள் மற்றும் ஆசிரியர்களுக்கும் பொருந்தும்.
