Ref: Messeges posted in social media platform, WhatsApp, Face book etc. by Tmt. S. Uma Maheswari, BT Assistant (Maths), Government Higher Secondary School, Nellikkuppam, Chengalpatttu District

Where as by the continues posting of text messages by Tmt. S. Uma Maheswari, BT Assistant(Maths), Government Higher Secondary School, Nellikkuppam, Chengalpattu District in social media platform like WhatsApp and Facebook etc., in various dates against Tamil nadu Government and the School Education Department which stirup emotions among government servants disrupting public peace and its leading to defamation and derogatory which is against rule (12) of Tamil Nadu Government Servants Conduct Rules 1973 and whereas the circumstances of the case, it is necessary in the public interest to place the said Tmt. S. Uma Maheswari, BT Assistant under suspension from service.

Now therefore under sub-rule(e) of Rule 17 of the Tamil Nadu civil services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, the said Tmt. S. Uma Maheswari, BT Assistant(Maths), Government Higher Secondary School, Nellikkuppam, Chengalpatttu District is placed under deemed suspension from service with effect from 06.03.2024 until further orders. During the above period of suspension the said Tmt. S. Uma Maheswari, BT Assistant, Government Higher Secondary School, Nellikkuppam, Chengalpattu District will be paid subsistence allowance and dearness allowance as admissible under rule 53(1) of Fundamental Rules.

The head quarters of the said Tmt. S. Uma Maheswari, BT Assistant, shall be Nellikkuppam and the said Tmt. S. Uma Maheswari, BT Assistant, Government Higher Secondary School, Nellikkuppam, Chengalpattu District shall not leave the head quarters without obtaining the prior permission of the authority concerned.
