POST OF DISTRICT EDUCATIONAL OFFICER IN THE TAMIL NADU SCHOOL EDUCATIONAL SERVICE
The candidates whose Register Number mentioned below have been provisionally admitted to the Main Written Examination for the Post of District Educational Officer (Group–I C Services) in School Education Department included in Tamil Nadu School Educational Service, in the ratio of 1:10 based on the results of the Preliminary Examination (Computer Based Test) conducted by the Commission on 20.04.2023 FN.
The Main Written Examination will be held on 21.11.2023 FN & AN AND 22.11.2023 FN & AN.
The candidates who have been admitted provisionally to the Main Written Examination have to pay ₹ 200/-(Rupees Two Hundred only) towards the examination fees (unless exemption of fee is claimed). Hence, the candidates are directed to pay the fees from 09.08.2023 to 18.08.2023. Candidates will be informed the above fact only through SMS and e-mail. Individual communication in this regard will not be sent to the candidates by post.
The Onscreen Certificate Verification will be done based on the documents already uploaded by the candidates at the time of submission of online application. NOTE: 1. Mere inclusion of the Register Number of the candidates in this list will not imply that his/her candidature has been fully considered for the Main Written Examination.
2. The candidates whose Register Numbers are found in the above list have been admitted provisionally to the Main Written Examination based on the marks obtained by them in the Preliminary Examination (Computer Based Test) and with reference to the rule of reservation of appointments in the ratio 1:10. However, in each reservation group, all the candidates who have secured the same marks as that of the cut-off marks of their respective reservation groups, have also been admitted provisionally to the Main Written Examination though the number of candidates exceed 1:10 ratio in the reservation group concerned with reference to para 10 of the Commission’s Notification dated 14.12.2022 and Para 18-A of the Commission’s Instructions to Applicants. 3. The admission of the candidates to the Main Written Examination is provisional subject to the verification and acceptance of the claims as made in their online application with regard to age, Educational Qualification, Service qualification, Communal Category, Differently Abled Category, PSTM, Destitute Widow, Ex-servicemen etc., If any of the candidate’s claims are found to be false or incorrect, their online application will be rejected and their provisional admission to the Main Written Examination will be cancelled and they will not be admitted to the next stage of selection. No supplemental list will be published in the place of rejected candidates.
4. The candidates who have appeared for the Preliminary Examination and whose register numbers are not found in the above list, have not been admitted to the Main Written Examination. Separate communication in this regard will not be sent to those candidates. 5. The admission of the above candidates to the Main Written
Examination is purely provisional subject to the decision of the Commission and subject to the outcome of final orders to be passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Madras in W.P.Nos.1593 of 2023, 14650 of 2023 and Hon’ble Madurai Bench of Madras High Court in CMP(MD) No.6055 of 2023 in W.A.(MD) No.683 of 2023 and other cases, if any, pending on the files of the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature at Madras/Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, relating to this recruitment.
