Holiday Local Holiday on 21.07.2023 Chengalpattu District Local Holiday in connection with Melmaruvathur "ADIPOORAM FESTIVAL Orders Issued.
ORDER:-
In exercise of powers conferred by Government in their orders 1st and 2nd read above, the District Collector, Chengalpattu, hereby declares that 21.07.2023 Friday shall be a local holiday for all offices under the control of Government of Tamil Nadu Chengalpattu district in connection with the "ADIPOORAM" Festivel at Melmaruvathur Adhiparasakthi Siddar Peedam, Chengalpattu District.
2. Accordingly 05.08.2023 (Saturday) would be a working day for all the offices under the control of Government of Tamil Nadu in Chengalpattu District in lieu of 21.07.2023 (Friday).
3. The Holiday declared in para 1 is not a Public Holiday under the Negotiable Instruments Act 1881 (Central Act of XXVI of 1881), the District Treasury and Sub Treasuries in the District should be functioning with required employees for urgent official work on the aforesaid local holiday.
