பார்வை ல் காணும் செயல்முறைகளில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளவாறு
1 அனைத்து அரசு /அரசு உதவி பெறும் / சுயநிதி உயர்நிலை / மேல்நிலை பள்ளிகளில் 25.01.2023 முற்பகல் 11.30 மணிக்கு விழிப்புணர்வு உறுதிமொழி எடுக்கும் நிகழ்வு திட்டமிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. எனவே, மேற்கூறிய அனைத்து வகைப் பள்ளிகளிலும் பயிலும் மாணவர்களிடையே தேசிய வாக்காளர்கள் தினம் குறித்த விழிப்புணர்வு ஏற்படுத்த இணைப்பில் கண்டுள்ளவாறு 25.01.23 அன்று முற்பகல் 11.30 மணிக்கு உறுதிமொழி எடுக்க அனைத்துப் பள்ளித் தலைமை ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு அறிவுறுத்தவும் . அந்நிகழ்வில் நடைபெற்ற விவரங்களை இவ்வாணையரக இணை இயக்குநர் (நாட்டு நலப்பணித் திட்டம் ) msectndsr@gmail.com என்ற மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரிக்கு பிற்பகல் 12.30 மணிக்குள் கல்வி மாவட்ட வாரியாக அறிக்கையினை அனுப்பி வைக்க மாவட்ட முதன்மைக் கல்வி அலுவலர்கள் கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறார்கள். Voters' pledge - Issue of Instructions-Regarding
I am to state that the Election Commission of India celebrates its foundation day, 25 January of every year, as the "National Voters' Day" across the country. The Thirteenth National Voters' Day will be celebrated on 25 January, 2023 throughout the State at all levels, Le, State, District and Polling Station Locations by administering Veters' pledge. The objective is, to use the occasion to create awareness about the importance of getting oneself enrolled as elector, and thereby enhance the participation in our democratic process.
2. This year also as part of National Voters' Day Celebrations, Voters' Pledge has to be taken in all Government offices and Educational Institutions.
3. The Commission has requested to organise the National Voters' Day function in association with various Institutions/ Organisations such as Academic Institutions, Organisation of Youth volunteers like NSS, NCC, Scouts and Guides etc., keeping in view of Covid safety norms. Further, National Voters' Day Pledge to be administered during the event. The Commission has also stated that various Departments/ Organisations/ Bodies may be encouraged to administer National Voters' Day Pledge on the day of National Voters' Day and the same may be uploaded on their Social Media handles/ website using hashtag #NVD2023.
4. I am, therefore, to request you to issue instructions to the Educational Institutions/Head of the Departments (HoDs) under your control to administer the National Voters' Day Pledge at 11.30 A.M on 25.01.2023. This will inspire, in youth, a sense of citizenship, pride and participation in the election process. A copy of the Pledge (both in English and Tamil) is enclosed.
5. The photos of the Voters Pledge taking event are to be sent to this office to the email Id: sec7.pelesd@tn.gov.in for necessary action.
