அரசு பள்ளி ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு இன்று தொடங்கிய பயிற்சி!

In Tamil Nadu, students who have completed Class 10 and Plus 2 in government schools have no understanding of higher education. This makes it difficult for many to choose their higher education. To avoid this, it has been ordered to set up a higher education counseling center in every government school. At this center, one to four masters teachers are there to advise the students. District wise training has been arranged for these postgraduate teachers. There are 3 participants, namely Masters Teacher, Masters Lecturer and Lecturer in Teacher Educational Research and Training Institution. According to school education officials, the training will be given to government school senior teachers from today till the 9th. The trainee postgraduate teachers are there to provide higher education advice to government school students, both before and after the general examination. This will give the students a clarity, they said. தமிழகத்தில் அரசு பள்ளிகளில் 10 மற்றும் பிளஸ் 2 வகுப்பு முடித்த மாணவர்கள் உயர் கல்வி படிப்பது தொடர்பாக புரிதல் இல்லாமல் உள்ளனர். இதனால் பலர் தங்களின் உயர்கல்வி படிப்பை தேர்வு செய்வதில் சிரமம் ஏற்படுகிறது. இதை தவிர்க்கும் வகையில் ஒவ்வொரு அரசு பள்ளியிலும் உயர் கல்வி ஆலோசனை மையம் அமைக்க உத்தரவிடப்பட்டு உள்ளது. இந்த மையத்தில், ஒன்று முதல் நான்கு முதுநிலை ஆசிரியர்கள், மாணவர்களுக்கு ஆலோசனை அளிக்க உள்ளனர். இந்த முதுநிலை ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு மாவட்டம் வாரியாக பயிற்சிக்கு ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. இதில் முதுநிலை ஆசிரியர், முதுநிலை விரிவுரையாளர், ஆசிரியர் கல்வியியல் ஆராய்ச்சி மற்றும் பயிற்சி நிறுவன விரிவுரையாளர் என 3 பேர் பங்கேற்கின்றனர். இதுகுறித்து பள்ளிக்கல்வித்துறை அதிகாரிகள் கூறுகையில், அரசு பள்ளி முதுநிலை ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு இன்று முதல் 9ம் தேதி வரை பயிற்சி அளிக்கப்பட உள்ளது. பயிற்சி பெறும் முதுநிலை ஆசிரியர்கள், பொது தேர்வுக்கு முன்னும், பின்னும், அரசு பள்ளி மாணவர்களுக்கு உயர் கல்வி ஆலோசனைகளை வழங்க உள்ளனர். இதன்மூலம் மாணவர்களுக்கு ஒரு தெளிவு கிடைக்கும் என்றனர்.
